Ras, pas eu trop beau temps mais c'est pas de la faute de la maison. quelques Chambres un peu petite pour posé la valise, mais pièce à vivre sympa. Les vélos ont servi, pas la piscine, ni le jacussi à cause du temps. Globalement plutôt satisfaisant.

Emplacement parfait, logement très bien équipé (manque seulement un peu de placard pour ranger nos affaires mais ce n est qu un détail ) , personne sur place très réactive en cas de soucis et très agréable. Je recommande !

Excellent séjour automnal à la villa Pharos

Excellent séjour à Sète. Toutes les conditions étaient réunies : maison suffisamment grande pour notre groupe, bien équipée, en particulier la cuisine et en linge de maison, quatre voitures pouvaient y être garées . Par ailleurs nous avons été très bien accueillis. Et la cerise sur le gâteau un temps magnifique toute la semaine !

Lage und Haus

Ist eine sehr gute Lage, sehr nah zu Strand. Wir waren zur dritt😉 eine Familie mit Hund😉. Das Haus ist groß aber nicht genug gepflegt. Nach unsere Meinung ist das Haus für große Veranstaltungen für 18 jährige eine sehr gute Lage oder für Familien mit Kindern ist auch gut vorstellbar.

Maison très agréable!

La maison est très pratique pour un séjour avec des enfants car il y a plusieurs zones complètement indépendantes. La grande pièce à vivre avec sa terrasse est idéale pour se retrouver tous ensemble, elle est très agréable et peut accueillir l’intégralité des occupants. Les piscine/jacuzzi/sauna sont un vrai plus! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour.

Perfekte Lage, tolles Ambiente

Das Haus liegt 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt in toller Lage und ist im Wohnbereich sehr geräumig und für große Gruppen (wir waren 4 Familien) gut geeignet. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind wohl temperiert. Wir waren am Ende der Saison dort. Uns wurde berichtet, dass einige Möbelstücke und der Whirlpool nun ausgetauscht werden.

A ONCE luxury Villa - We had a wonderful holiday in Sete, the city is beautiful, super beach.

The villas accommodation configuration is good for a group:-On the ground floor there are 2 two bedroom apartments, with kitchenettes (hobs, cookers, fridges, one 2 bedroom apartment has as dishwasher, the other has gap where the dishwasher used to be (this is not a good look), dining/lounge areas, the toilet is downstairs & shower room & two bedrooms upstairs (one twin & one double), on the small side with limited storage. There is also a studio apartment with double bed on mezzanine level, a captain bed on the ground floor with settee under, toilet & shower room on ground floor, along with the kitchenette/dining area (equipped as 2 bed apartments, again with the dishwasher missing). Each apartment on the ground floor has a private decked area at rear with dining table & chairs. Also on the ground floor is the Gym & Jacuzzi. In the garage are two 15kg washing machines & a drier. Plus 18 bikes, although most of the bikes look quite new they have not been maintained, luckily we took bike repair kits with us & made up 6 usable bikes. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, the master bedroom with shower area & separate toilet, it is the only room with good storage, the other bedrooms are a little on the small side. Each of the other two bedrooms has a shower area in the room & share a separate toilet. Open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area. On the veranda, there is a large dining table, settees, pool, electric griddle (like they have in a kebab shop), rather than a BBQ. The whole villa would comfortably sleep 17 plus the baby’s cot. Unfortunately we cannot give this villa 5 stars as the lack of competent maintenance and investment has left this once luxury villa tired and in need of a makeover. For the almost 10 & half thousand euro’s (For two weeks), we expected the villa to be in far better condition, & that all the equipment & facilities would be in good working order. We did translate a list of issues for Daniel, the manager, & later for Yvan the owner; they feel the villa is of a good standard!!! On this we will have to differ. It would help if there were instructions for all the equipment and facilities as Daniel does not speak English. We have hired a number of villas over the years, and have never been as disappointed with the condition as we were with this one. On the Website, more up to date photos of the inside of the villa i.e. bedrooms, bathrooms and apartments would be good and less of the palm trees.

Property needs t.l.c.no WiFi.no televisions working.jaccuzi not working till 3 days into holiday reported WiFi and tv's first day still didn't work house needs a good remodelling I.e. new lounge suites as all are damaged.sliding doors don't shut or lock no instructions for equipment cooker micro wave etc.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille à Sète .Nous avons pu profiter des commodités de cette belle maison sans se marcher sur les pieds. Les plus: La grande pièce à vivre, les vélos, le spa , la proximité du lido, la ville de Sète,et la gentillesse et disponibilité de Daniel.

notre séjour du 15/12/2018 au 22/12/2018 Villa très agréable, un jacuzzi a bonne température 38° beau séjour pratique pour une grande famille, le point fort c'est d'avoir plusieurs petits appartements ce qui permet de s'isoler. Aussi une piscine extérieure chauffée très appréciable en hiver. Très bonne literie et dans l'ensemble net et propre. A l'arrivé ont a été bien accueillis. Personnellement je recommande cette Villas Pharos, a 50 m de la plage. Bertrand

14 Tage Erholung in einer hübschen Villa am Meer mit Traumstrand

Gut, die Villa steht nicht direkt am Strand, man muss schon 2 Minuten laufen. Wir waren eine langjährig befreundete Gruppe, bestehend aus 9 Erwachsenen, 5 Kindern und einem Hund - und alle fanden Platz. Ein Sternchen Abzug ist eigentlich schon zu viel. Es muss aber schon erwähnt werden, dass die Villa an ein paar Ecken schon einer Überarbeitung bedarf. Vielleicht liegt es aber auch daran, dass wir eben am Ende der Hauptsaison hier waren - und gewohnheitsmäßig über kleinere Dinge hinwegsehen oder gar selbst beheben. Platz- und Apartmentseitig stimmt die Angabe, dass 18 Schlafplätze vorhanden sind. Bei Vollausschöpfung wird es allerdings etwas eng. Schlafzimmer sind eben zum schlafen da, dass muss man wissen. Ein frei gebliebenes Bett kann gut als zusätzliche Ablage verwendet werden. Wir hatten also keinerlei Probleme - zumal sich der gesamte Urlaub entweder am Strand oder auf der großzügigen Pool-Terrasse abgespielt hat - vom Frühstück bis zum Nachtgrillen...Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist Daniel, bei dem wir uns nochmals herzlich für den Support bedanken. Wir glauben zwar, dass wir nicht zu anstrengend waren, aber wann immer wir Hilfe oder Unterstützung benötigten, war er unmittelbar erreichbar oder sofort vor Ort. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Lokale, einen Spar - Laden für das Notwendigste und eine Bäckerei - einfach den nächsten Weg zur Strandpromenade wählen, links abbiegen, 5 - 10 Minuten geradeaus, an den Jetskis vorbei … und schon ist man dort. Achtung ! Beim Bäcker kann es zu Schwierigkeiten kommen, wenn man ohne Vorbestellung vorbei kommt und mal eben 30 Croissants und 10 Flutes haben möchte. Man konnte das nach dem ersten Besuch jedoch dauerhaft klären. Insgesamt sind im Haus alle Einrichtungen vorhanden, die versprochen sind. Teilweise etwas abgenutzt oder funktionsbeschränkt - aber nutzbar (auch die 20 vorhandenen Fahrräder). An der Innengestaltung der Appartements hat sich vielleicht ein Architekt verwirklicht. So manches ist nicht ganz nachvollziehbar und unpraktisch gelöst. Aber es macht Spaß genau darüber zu diskutieren. Also...eine hübsche Villa am Meer mit Traumstrand zu einem fairen Preis.

Excellent séjour!!

Séjour parfait. Nous sommes venus 2 années de suite et cette année avons passé 2 semaines. Tout ce que nous souhaitions pour passer un beau séjour, proximité de la plage, parties individuelles et communes, piscine......De plus et c'est très important, réelle gentillesse des équipes, autour de Daniel, qui font tout pour que vos vacances se passent bien. Un grand merci à tous!!

Vacances inoubliables en famille

Nous étions 15 personnes de 70 à 2 ans ! La villa est située dans un quartier très calme à 50 m d'une magnifique plage de sable fin. La configuration de la villa fait que chacun y trouve sa place selon ses besoins : repos, calme, intimité avec les studios en rez de jardin ; activités avec les vélos, la piscine à 28° (royaume des enfants !) le jacuzzi extérieur, le sauna et la salle de remise en forme pour les plus grands ! Cuisine spacieuse, très bien équipée ouverte sur la pièce de vie permet de se retrouver ensemble pour les repas. Un plus très appréciable, la piscine est à l'étage et jouxte la pièce à vivre. Excellente literie dans les chambres. Un grand MERCI à Daniel pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Un magnifique séjour en famille sans fausse note. Je recommande cette villa sans hésitation !

Belle villa pour une grande famille

Nous avons passé 9 jours dans cette belle villa avec nos enfants et petits-enfants, en tout nous étions à 13. Dans la maison il y avait assez de place pour tout le monde, et si quelqu'un voulait se retirer un peu aucun problème avec les 3 studios aussi bien équipés que la villa principale. Merci à Daniel qui était super gentil. Il nous attendait à notre arrivée et nous expliquait tout. Il était toujours là pour nous aider s'il y avait un problème. La villa est située à 100 m mètres de la plage, des restaurants et un boulanger sont à 10 minutes à pied. Malheureusement le temps n'ètait pas du tout avec nous (beaucoup de pluie et de tempête), et nous ne pouvions pas assez profiter de la belle piscine chauffée, du jacuzzi et des vélos. On a quand-même passé des vacances agréables, relaxantes (villa située dans un quartier très calme) en famille. La villa est vraiment à recommander pour une grande famille.
