When you vacation at the beach, you want to see the ocean, the sunset, and smell the fresh ocean air. Our home is professional managed by a property management company - On Site service and Professionally Sanitized Vacation Home.
From our condominium, you'll enjoy fabulous views from the living room & master bedroom. On the second floor, this home has been renovated offering a modern & beautiful kitchen, updated bathrooms, and comfortable yet elegant furnishings. This condo has amazing views facing the Monterey Bay - Great for Sunrises! New electric fireplace in the living room to enjoy while watching the ocean waves out your picture window. You'll be literally steps from the beach, and can welcome the sea breeze from your windows & deck.
Two Queen sized & 1 Twin bed offer comfortable rest for 5 Guests. One bath has a walk in shower, the other a shower with tub. The kitchen has been updated with modern appliances & a granite island & counters. Our homeowner keeps their condo comfortable & well stocked with all the kitchen provisions needed, new fresh cozy bedding, towels and much more. Next year they plan another refresh of carpets, paint, and sofa. If anything isn't quite right, we're on site to make it right!
We also offer High Speed Internet - hard wired, so you'll have the best available reception. Enjoy our DVD & DVR & Roku Smart TV - and check out free DVDs in the Lobby when you check in! Cable service & DVD players in all the rooms and Smart Streaming available in the living room.
Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!
Our home is part of a gated community, so you'll enjoy a secure & peaceful stay. You won't have to wonder how to find your beach condo - our property managers will Welcome you with keys, directions, local attractions, and anything you need. Check in is 4pm, in our Resort Lobby. Visit the Lobby Gift Shop for anything you might have forgotten, or for comfy beach wear, gifts, wine, etc. Just ask if you'd like Maid Service during your stay.
