Parfait pour un séjour à la mer

Magnifique propriété située dans une impasse avec le bassin a 50m. Des commerces à 2min à pied et 5min en voiture du Moulleau avec des bars & restaurants. Propriété rénovée, spacieuse avec 4 chambres qui ont chacune une ensuite - donc parfait pour séjourner avec des amis ou une grande famille. Il a du chauffage au sol dans le séjour et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Le jardin est spacieux et bien entretenu. On y reviendra !
