Beautiful Views

A very relaxing place to stay with great views. The property was well equipped & very clean, although you do need to bring your own linen. It is close (few minutes walk) to Le Lavandou town and beaches but it is a very steep walk home uphill! Worth it for the views though. Prior to, and during our stay, the owner was very helpful & easy to communicate with. When the keys didn’t arrive before we left for our holiday, the owner was great & made alternative arrangements for us to access the property. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Le Lavandou and a great base to explore the beaches, vineyards and villages in the area.

Das Ferienhaus haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden, wunderbare Lage, von jedem Zimmer aus Blick auf das Meer! Fußläufig Stadtzentrum und Strände erreichbar. Ruhige Lage, nur zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter war auch stets erreichbar.

Magnifique

Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Toutes les pièces offrent une vue exceptionnelle. Le jardin est superbe. Beaucoup de végétation et très fleuri. Propreté du logement impeccable. Zwei wunderschönen Ferienwochen in der Villa Lou Cantoun! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Durch die Lage etwas oberhalb des Stadtzentrums/ Hafens und des Strandes, die nur wenige, steile Gehminuten entfernt liegen, genießt man von der Terrasse und dem Balkon aus eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Bucht und den Hafen. Von allen Zimmern aus sieht man das Meer mit seinen vielen Schiffen, Jetskis, Fallschirmen und Lichtern am Abend, sogar aus dem Bad durch große Fenster, wenn man sich nach dem Strand eine Regenwalddusche gönnt. Alle Fenster können durch Jalousien abgedunkelt werden und in den Schlafzimmern und in der geräumigen und sehr gut ausstatteten, offenen Wohnküche ermöglichen Klimaanlagen eine zusätzliche Kühlung . Unsere 6- und 10-jährigen Jungs genossen die Ferien sehr, schafften den Ab- und Aufstieg in der Sonne und freuten sich über die Zeit am nahgelegenen, familienfreundlichen Strand von Le Lavandou. Mit dem Auto, das direkt vor dem Haus in einer geschlossenen Anlage geparkt werden kann, konnte man schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Abends konnten wir auf der Terrasse abseits von den Musikveranstaltungen und Restaurants, deren Klänge leise zu hören sind, unter einem schönen Sternenhimmel in gemütlichen Liegestühlen sitzen,an einem großen Tisch Gegrilltes vom Kohlegrill essen und hatte in diesen Wochen einen freien Blick auf 2 tolle Feuerwerke in der belebten Bucht.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Teenager-Kindern und unserem Hund eine ganz wunderbare Urlaubswoche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Fußläufig zum Zentrum von Le Lavandou, am Hang, mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Meer von den beiden Terrassen und allen Räumen aus, sogar aus dem Bad und dem WC. Die Villa ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden. Es ist sehr ruhig in der gepflegten Wohnanlage. Und der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer lief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus.

Fantastische vakantie

De advertentie is volledig en waarheidsgetrouw. De locatie is gewoonweg super : zicht op zee, 2 mooie terrassen, slaapkamers met airco, mooie en functionele keuken en badkamer. Elke dag ontbijten, lunchen en dineren met dit zeezicht is onbetaalbaar. Voor de mensen die graag buiten koken, de houtskool BBQ mag in de zomermaanden niet gebruikt worden wegens brandgevaar (bosbranden), maar dit is oplosbaar. Bedankt aan de eigenaar voor alles.

Nos vacances au Lavandou

La maison de Mr Rauch dispose d´une très belle vue sur la mer. La terrasse plein Sud présente cependant un problème lors de très chaudes journées. Nous avons trouvé la maison très propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous avons de plus, apprécié la climatisation, nécessaire par de grandes chaleurs.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine Woche im Oktober in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren sehr traurig, nicht länger bleiben zu können! Das Haus, vor allem die Küche, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt und noch sehr weit darüber hinaus!! Der Blick von der Terrasse ist schon Urlaub ansich und der kurze Weg in den Ort ist steil, aber wirklich gut zu schaffen, um zum Strand zu gehen oder sich frische Baguettes zum Frühstück zu holen. Wir waren sehr begeistert und möchten gerne wiederkommen!

Haus mit tollem Meerblick von allen Bereichen

Wir haben uns in dem hübsch eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist hochwertig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Elektrische Matratzen, Ledersofa, … um einiges zu nennen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man richtig darin kochen kann. Es sind gute Pfannen, Töpfe und auch diverse Küchengeräte vorhanden. Von allen Zimmern hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht und den Hafen von Le Lavandou. Da man ein einzelnes Haus hat und die Anordnung der anderen Häuser entsprechend gestaltet ist, hat man viel Ruhe für sich. Man kann zu dem Hauptstrand Grand Plage und St. Clair laufen, ca. 800 m, etwas steil aber machbar, haben selbst die Kinder ohne Probleme geschafft auch mit Badesachen. Der Parkplatz ist in der abgeschlossenen Residenz direkt vor der Terrasse, sodaß das Auto sicher steht. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Rauch war sehr nett, auch als wir die Buchung zunächst verschieben mußten. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung und die Erläuterungen zum Haus hat er sehr gut bereitgestellt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in Le Lavandou und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Schöne Ausicht auf Le Lavandou

Sehr sauberes Haus mit großer Küche inkl. Großer Ausstattung. Ein großes Plus ist die Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafräumen. Es stehen Schränke zur Verfügung. Badezimmer und WC sind tadellos sauber und gepflegt. Auch im Bad hat man genug Abstellfläche und Hänger für Handtücher. Die Anfahrt ist dank einer sehr guten Beschreibung gut zu finden. Durch die Lage oben am Hang hat man eine wundervolle Aussicht. Kleiner Nachteil ist, man muss schon fast immer mit dem Auto in die Stadt, da es doch sehr steil ist. Da wir eher Ausflüge gemacht haben, war dies für uns aber nicht schlimm. Die Aussicht macht es wett. Wir konnten sogar am ersten Abend von der Terrasse ein Feuerwerk im Hafen genießen. Die Kommunikation lief auch sehr gut, genauso wie Check-in und Check-out sehr komplikationslos abliefern.
