A great place to stay
The view over Le Lavandou and the sea is superb, it was lovely to look over the bay from the bathroom. We stayed in winter and the house was very warm with programmable heaters. The house is well furnished with high quality fittings and original oil paintings including two electric recliners, a large screen TV, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and has a washer dryer which is very useful in cold weather. The kitchen had a lot of useful utensils for preparing food. The beds were large and comfortable and you can raise the backs electrically. There is no traffic going by as this is a private gated development. Raymond the owner gave very detailed instructions on getting to the house and answered our questions very helpfully. Le Lavandou is a good base for accessing the coast east along to Cavaliere-sur-Mer and to Toulon in the west. Points to note: the house is the lower ‚step‘ to another house up the hill, we heard no noise from this other house. The staircase might be difficult for someone with limited mobility.

Das Ferienhaus haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden, wunderbare Lage, von jedem Zimmer aus Blick auf das Meer! Fußläufig Stadtzentrum und Strände erreichbar. Ruhige Lage, nur zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter war auch stets erreichbar.

Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Toutes les pièces offrent une vue exceptionnelle. Le jardin est superbe. Beaucoup de végétation et très fleuri. Propreté du logement impeccable. Zwei wunderschönen Ferienwochen in der Villa Lou Cantoun! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Durch die Lage etwas oberhalb des Stadtzentrums/ Hafens und des Strandes, die nur wenige, steile Gehminuten entfernt liegen, genießt man von der Terrasse und dem Balkon aus eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Bucht und den Hafen. Von allen Zimmern aus sieht man das Meer mit seinen vielen Schiffen, Jetskis, Fallschirmen und Lichtern am Abend, sogar aus dem Bad durch große Fenster, wenn man sich nach dem Strand eine Regenwalddusche gönnt. Alle Fenster können durch Jalousien abgedunkelt werden und in den Schlafzimmern und in der geräumigen und sehr gut ausstatteten, offenen Wohnküche ermöglichen Klimaanlagen eine zusätzliche Kühlung . Unsere 6- und 10-jährigen Jungs genossen die Ferien sehr, schafften den Ab- und Aufstieg in der Sonne und freuten sich über die Zeit am nahgelegenen, familienfreundlichen Strand von Le Lavandou. Mit dem Auto, das direkt vor dem Haus in einer geschlossenen Anlage geparkt werden kann, konnte man schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Abends konnten wir auf der Terrasse abseits von den Musikveranstaltungen und Restaurants, deren Klänge leise zu hören sind, unter einem schönen Sternenhimmel in gemütlichen Liegestühlen sitzen,an einem großen Tisch Gegrilltes vom Kohlegrill essen und hatte in diesen Wochen einen freien Blick auf 2 tolle Feuerwerke in der belebten Bucht.

Entspannter Familienurlaub
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Teenager-Kindern und unserem Hund eine ganz wunderbare Urlaubswoche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Fußläufig zum Zentrum von Le Lavandou, am Hang, mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Meer von den beiden Terrassen und allen Räumen aus, sogar aus dem Bad und dem WC. Die Villa ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden. Es ist sehr ruhig in der gepflegten Wohnanlage. Und der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer lief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus.

Fantastische vakantie
De advertentie is volledig en waarheidsgetrouw. De locatie is gewoonweg super : zicht op zee, 2 mooie terrassen, slaapkamers met airco, mooie en functionele keuken en badkamer. Elke dag ontbijten, lunchen en dineren met dit zeezicht is onbetaalbaar. Voor de mensen die graag buiten koken, de houtskool BBQ mag in de zomermaanden niet gebruikt worden wegens brandgevaar (bosbranden), maar dit is oplosbaar. Bedankt aan de eigenaar voor alles.

Nos vacances au Lavandou
La maison de Mr Rauch dispose d´une très belle vue sur la mer. La terrasse plein Sud présente cependant un problème lors de très chaudes journées. Nous avons trouvé la maison très propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous avons de plus, apprécié la climatisation, nécessaire par de grandes chaleurs.
