La Casa in Campagna, 4 apartments with pool in Orciano, 20 minutes from the sea - apt. Il Magazzino

This country house is placed in a pristine landscape in the hearth of the region's countryside, on a natural terrace which looks to the sunset, in direction of the Apennines mountains. All around soft and undulating hills, covered with fields of wheat and sunflowers, that offer to the guests unique and unforgettable moments. From the country house you can quickly reach the Adriatic coast, with its many beaches, and nearby historic towns, such as Mondavio, or major cities like Urbino (UNESCO Heritage Site) and Pesaro (the native city of the composer Gioacchino Rossini).
La Casa in Campagna has 4 cozy holiday apartments, place for 2/8 people. Each apartment has its own sitting-place outside, porch or gazebo, fitted with table and chairs. Outside you can cool off in the pool, fitted with sun-umbrellas and sun-loungers. Guests have also free access to the barbecue area.
The apartment Il Magazzino is placed on the ground floor with a private entrance.
It consists of a dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed for two people, a loft, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The outdoor area is shaded by a porch equipped with table, wooden chairs and armchairs, ideal for comfortably outdoor dining while enjoying the views of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); final cleaning; Wi-Fi; air conditioning; pool and garden maintenance; use of laundry room.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption € 7,50/m³; extra bed (more than 2 people) € 100,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change € 15,00 per person.

Great place to stay

We have spent one week in August in one of the 4 apartments of this property and we are really happy with the time spent. We have been at many places like this in Italy and this is probably one of the best we have seen. The place is easy to access but the area is very calm (no big roads nearby). Beautiful views of the surrounding area! The property is extremely well maintained and looks beautiful: nice grass, flowers, trees, even a little vegetable garden. Swimming pool is very good: good size, clean and well equipped with sunbeds and such. Nice parking under a roof (in the shadow). The apartment itself is neat and well equipped. Even an airco is present, which is quite seldom in such places. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The visitors can visit many small villages around or go to the seaside which is less than 30 min drive. In fact, this is the first place we are considering to come back next years.

Extrem erholsam!

Schönes Haus in einem mediterranen Garten. Entspannung pur in einer sanften, hügeligen Landschaft. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiten Vermieter, der gerne viele Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gibt.

Magnifique endroit pour les vacances

L’appartement est situé dans une magnifique propriété dans la campagne au calme absolu. L’endroit est magnifique, nous y avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont d’une gentillesse extrême. L’appartement est très bien équipé, il y a un espace dans le jardin pour faire un barbecue et la piscine est très agréable avec une petite partie pour les enfants. Nous avons passé un super séjour, l’emplacement permettant de pouvoir rayonner pour visiter autour.

Très bel endroit, calme, reposant avec une vue superbe.

Après un acuueil très chaleureux de la part de Guilia nous avons decouvert un appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien agencé. L'endroit est magnifique avec une vue superbe sur la campagne, un magnifique jardin et une très belle piscine. Les hôtes sont des gens charmants et très disponibles. Merci encore à eux. Pour résumé, appartement calme, très beau, proche de la mer avec une vue superbe. Encore merci à Guilia et à ses parents pour leur accueil.
