Villa located about 3km from the sandy beach with crystal clear waters of Cala Sinzias and about 5 km from Costa Rei and 8 from Villasimius.
The Villa, completely independent is circodanta by a large garden with lawn, bordered by hedges in the wall height average of 3 meters that provide excellent privacy. The Villa offers:
Covered patio with dining area with an adjoining relaxation area with corner sofa
Large pool of about 11x5 meters with a constant height of 1.5 m; annexes to piscinia are: gazebo with sun bed and two outdoor showers with hot water.
The villa inside is as follows: Living room with separate kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 2 bathrooms.
The furnishings of the house were selected with great care for detail; the house is usually characterized both inside and outside of excellent and exclusive fixtures and fittings.
The Villa has independent air conditioning / heating for each room, TV, washing machine, ceramic hob, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, oven, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, outdoor barbecue and private parking space.
Check in from 16am to 8pm, check out before 11am.

Wunderschöne Costa Rei

Sehr schönes Anwesen in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Innenausstattung ist mit vielen liebevollen Details sehr ansprechend. Die Terrasse mit Lounge lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt allerdings auch einige Schwächen. Wie bereits von einigen Urlaubern angeführt, ist die Küche sehr sehr klein. Die Ausstattung der Küche entspricht nach unserer Meinung nicht dem Preisniveau dieses Objektes. Bspw. gibt keine Geschirrspülmaschine, zu den Töpfen haben wir keine Deckel gefunden, die Küchenutensilien waren nicht besonders hochwertig. Insgesamt halten wir das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht für passend. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und stets bemüht zu helfen. Er hat uns sehr viele Tipps zu Stränden, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Wir waren im September da. Zu dieser Zeit gab es sehr viele Stechmücken und enorm viele Laubfrösche, die ein lautstarkes Spektakel veranstaltet haben. Das ist für geräuschempfindliche Gäste möglicherweise ein Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub trotzdem sehr genossen.

Casa splendida e posto incantevole le migliori spiagge sono tutte a pochi minuti di auto e la casa vanta di una privacy che io personalmente non ho mai trovato altrove i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e ci anno accolto con un bel benvenuto. Consigliabilissimo!!

Genau der richtige Ort, um ein paar Tage Strand und Erholung zu geniessen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderbarem Aussenbereich. Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend mit ein paar typisch sardischen Produkten empfangen. Die tollen Strände von Costa Rei, Sant' Elmo und Cala Sinzias sind nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt.

Schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage mit nähe zum Strand.

Ein wundervoller Garten zum relaxen und entspannen. Man fährt nur einige Minuten zu den schönsten Stränden. Vermieter und Mitarbeiter vom Haus sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub, obwohl das Wetter nicht ganz so mitgespielt hat wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.

Alles perfekt!

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Super Pool und eine tolle Dusche im Garten/Aussenbereich. Die Küche ist ein bisschen klein. Empfehlenswert!

Super Ferienhaus, Großer Pool, Top Lage mit großzügiger Aussenanlage

Traumhaft schöne Villa mit sehr großem Pool. Wir waren mit 4 Personen und 1 Kind dort (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer). Die Villa liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage, 10 min. vom nächsten Ort in erhöhter Lage. Vom Eingang ist das Meer zu sehen. Die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und großzügig angelegt. Grillstation vorhanden. Der Vermieter hat uns am ersten Tag die Grundversorgung (Kaffee, Bier, Wein, Wasser, kleine Speisen), Reiseführer etc. vorbereitet. Kein Lärm, keine Straße, Grundstück eingezäunt, Viele Spielsachen für Kinder vor Ort (Rutsche, Trampoline, Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Bälle, Schwimmring etc.pp.) Wer einfach mal entspannen möchte in sonniger, ruhiger Lage mit schneller Reichweite in die Stadt und zum Meer ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.
