Situated less than 10 km from Torrevieja's old town and 4 km from all the golf courses, the villas location is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing break (caters max. 8 people and potentially a baby). With breathtaking views of the sea and local nature, the detached villa offers peace and tranquility for those looking for a long earned restful holiday, but is close enough to everything you are looking for in your holiday. Due to its very special microclimate, the winter months are very mild & the summers are warm and dry and are just made for those looking for an activity or relaxing holiday.

Accommodation and facilities
Set in a tranquil location on a 1,000 m² site in the bay of the residential Playa Flamenca - with 4 bedrooms, 3 new and clean bathrooms and an attached tower room, a private garden and pool - this authentic villa is a superb setting for your ' get away from it all 'holiday. There is an extra showering area in the garage, which is super convenient in the summer.
You will find that the Villa is fully equipped to guarantee you your best holiday ever. Central heating and solar panels keep the villa cozy should the night time temperatures drop too low in winter - A / C in most of the bedrooms will cool down hot summer nights. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Start the day with a great cup of coffee and a terrific sea view and finish with a bottle of fine wine on the terrace at the back of the house in the peaceful surroundings of the cacti garden.

The beach is within walking distance (100 meters) and there is also a supermarket, bus stop, bakery and large shopping complex less than 5 km away from the villa.

Casa Las Violetas

Casa hermosa y cerca de la playa

La casa estaba muy bien. La piscina y exterior muy bien cuidado. Las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado. Tienen lavadora, y lavavajillas. Lo único. Lo que mejoraría es la forma de pago de la fianza que fue en metálico, sin ningún tipo de comprobante, y nos dijeron que en 15 días aproximadamente se realizará el pago en la tarjeta, creo q una vez devuelta las lleves debería darse. Pero por todo lo demás muy bien.

Una estancia muy agradable

Hemos pasado una semana en la casa. la situación es excelente, a parte exterior de la casa también fantástica. Por indicar algo para mejorar, hemos echado en falta aire acondicionado en zonas comunes de salón y comedor. Tuvimos dos días de ola de calor extrema, que era imposible tanto estar fuera como en las zonas comunes. No entendemos que la climatización de las habitaciones este tan bien resuelta y en zonas comunes no. Los dos días de calor extremo era un infierno estar en la zona de salón y comedor de la casa.

Villa is in a great location for the beach.Pool was excellent. 4th bedroom in the tower meant a trip outside in the dark and steep stone steps to access. Shower for the tower bedroom was in the garage. The rest of villa is a bit tired and could do with refurb.

The villa is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and restaurants, but also very quiet when we were there, which was perfect for us. The villa itself was lovely, large and had everything we needed as a base for our holiday, would definitely recommend.

Excellent Spanish style villa

We are a family of 8 and the villa accommodated all our needs, it was like home from home but with an excellent location. The owner was extremely helpful and the managers were so easy to contact and answered any of our questions. Such a brilliant villa which we highly recommend and we will be back.

Perfect Beachside location

We had a fantastic holiday in Tanyas villa which is located less than 100m from Playa Flamenca beach and close to several other beaches as well as a number of restaurants and a large supermarket The house is spacious and well equipped , bikes being an added bonus . Spotlessly clean with a large garden and pool it really ticks all the boxes for a relaxing family holiday by the sea . We hope to return soon

Villa Violetas

Nice villa in a beautiful location. If I had any comment it would be that new bedding and towels as the current ones although clean are a bit tired and ready for renewal. The cups also need replacing as they have been well used. These issues didn’t detract from the villa giving us a great holiday and would stay there again.

Peace and quiet and a lot of privavy and yet perfectly licated and close to beach and shops

We had a great stay in Casa Violetas. The house was very clean and perfectly maintained and had all the comfort and accomodation we could ask for. The pool in the garden was a great advantage since it got rather warm in the afternoon. But being so close to the sea we enjoyed the sea breeze. We received information about the area and good restaurants and bars and the host was very helpfull and quick in her communication. We felt very welcome and at home.

A great teambuilding in a perfect location! We felt instantly at home in Casa Violetas.

It was for the first time ever that we went on a foreign trip with our office team and we did not choose the easiness or convenience of a hotel but preferred working and living together in a vacation home. And we could not have wished for better circumstances... The house was cosy, perfectly located near the sea, shops, and had all the comfort and accomodation a group of five colleagues (who need their own space and personal bed- and bathroom) would expect. The house was clean and the welcoming warm (as was the weather) We would love to return.

Veel te snel voorbij

Zoals elke keer is dit verlof weeral gevlogen omdat we ons daar zo thuis voelen.Zalige omgeving,rustig ,het geruis van de zee.Toch heb je in de nabije omgeving snel al het nodige.Vele winkels,marktjes,zeer groot shoppingcenter en vele restaurantjes.Het huis en de tuin waren tip top in orde en het huis was langs buiten in een mooi nieuw kleurtje gezet.Kortom een echte aanrader.

Superlocatie, vlakbij strand, rustig gelegen en met alle nodige voorzieningen.

Vanaf het moment van boeking tot het verlaten van de woning verliep we communicatie supervlot. Het zwembad, de ruime tuin, het uitzicht... we zijn hier geweldig tot rust gekomen, lekker gegeten in de naburige vele restaurants. Zenia Boulevard is dan weer dé locatie voor vrouw en kinderen om naar hartelust te shoppen. Kortom: een alles-in-een locatie. Wij komen zeker terug!

Beautiful property

A lovely villa in a great location. On arrival the villa was beautifully clean and the welcome pack was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. The villa is spacious and the pool amazing, the use of pool inflatables available was an added bonus. The host is available at all times to sort any problems and the property manager was very attentive. We had an amazing 3 weeks in this lovely home which felt like our own.

Fantastisch.

Telkens dat we in deze villa vertoefden gaf dit steeds een zalig gevoel.De ligging maar vooral de rust zijn 1 van de belangrijkste troeven.Ruime villa met airco,mooi zwembad,ruime tuin,kortom alles aanwezig voor een geslaagd verlof. Bijkomende voordelen zijn vlak aan zee ,slechts enkele minuten van het reuze shoppingcentra La Zenia ,dichtbij supermarkten,winkeltjes ,restaurants,vele marktjes en slechts dikke 10 minuten van Torrevieja centrum.Dus blijft voor herhaling vatbaar want geeft inderdaad een thuisgevoel.

Beautiful spacious villa with sea view

We have holidayed in Playa Flamenca for many years, and when I noticed this villa on this website, just wanted to stay there. We walked passed it many times. It was perfect for our family reunion and all of the party were impressed, especially the tower bedroom. It is of a high standard, and would love to stay their again. Très bon séjour passé à Orihuela. La villa est grande, avec une piscine sympa et la plage est à 300 m avec une eau transparente et une plage propre. Le quartier est calme, idéal pour des vacances en famille. Les vélos mis à disposition sont très pratiques. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire Tanja en plus ! Un bon souvenir !
