Spacious villa with a lovely pool and easy access to beautiful beaches

We had a lovely week at this villa. It was clean and had a beautiful pool. It was true to its description, located in a residential neighborhood that is not commercial. It is accessible to lovely beaches and many reasonably priced taverna's as long as you have a car. Check in on the day was very smooth and Chiara was very helpful especially when it came to delaying the holiday for 2 years because of COVID. It was worth the wait!

Mooie woning met groot zwembad

We hebben duidelijke communicatie gehad via de handige app. Wij vlogen op Olbia en met een half uurtje rijden waren we bij de villa waar Luigi op ons stond te wachten. Na een fijne korte uitleg begon onze vakantie. Wij zaten er in de laatste week van het seizoen 19-26 okt. Overdag nog 23 graden ☀️ maar savonds kon de verwarming aan heerlijk. Een huur auto is een must om op mooie stranden te komen maar ook gewoon in het dorp Arzachena waar best veel winkels zijn. Let op! In deze periode is veel gesloten i.v.m. einde seizoen maar het is veel rustiger en je hebt de stranden bijna voor je alleen.

October half term

We were two families of 3, 4 adults and two 9 year olds. The accommodation was perfect, and Chiara and Luigi made sure everything was set up for us to be in the two bedrooms with 3 people in each room. On arrival Luigi showed us around and gave us details of local restaurants and nearby beaches. The villa is in a perfect location, walking distance to a supermarket and close to the town. The pool kept everyone entertained and the cooking facilities were ample for 6 of us. Would definitely recommend the villa and location. Sardinia is a beautiful place and we look forward to returning in the future. Thankyou for letting us stay.

Perfektes Haus

Das Haus für uns vier war ideal - großzügig geschnitten, toller Außenbereich inkl. Pool und Grill. Die Lage des Hauses ist in sofern sehr gut, da man den gesamten Süden mit dem Auto gut erkunden kann. Die hier teilweise aufgeführten negativen Aspekte können nicht bestätigt werden. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und das Miteinander absolut unkompliziert.

August 2019 - Relaxing break

Lovely property with all the amenities you would need including a dishwasher and washing machine. Located in a quiet residential area, but we still had a few restaurants within easy walk of our 4 (nearly 5) year old. Salt water pool was lovely to cool off in. However if you have children who will be using the pool for a whole day, would recommend frequent use of the available outdoor shower to rinse off the salt crystals to prevent chaffing (we found this out after experience). Worst case, a little vaseline will provide excellent treatment / prevention. Well located to allow easy exploration of the north-east coast with a hire car, main roads are also of a good standard. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing Holiday. Chiara was available upon arrival (and departure), provided great suggestions for local beaches and restaurants and if required would of been on hand should we have needed anything throughout our holiday - Many thanks

Super Haus 👌😃

Tolles haus, tolle Umgebung. Sehr zentral. Toller Pool. Wenn wir als 2 Familien (8personen) ein Bedürfnis hatten, ist chiara oder Pier-Luigi sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen. 😃 Grazie per tutto🙏🏼

Excellent bara for exploring Costa Smeralda

We spent a lovely week in Chiaras house. It’s spacious and clean with a fantastic private pool. It’s located in a quiet residential area about 15-20 mins by car to the beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda. Chiara and Luigi were very helpful and nice hosts.

Trevligt hus med fantastisk pool och hjälpsam fastighetsägare

Vi var ett sällskap på 4 vuxna och 4 barn (5-11år). Mycket trevligt hus med fantastisk pool. Perfekt storlek på poolen och behaglig temperatur. Ca 1,20 djup i ena änden och ca 2,20 i andra änden. Sköna solstolar (6st). Stor och fin uteplats med bord och 8 stolar i direkt anslutning till poolen. Huset har det mesta man behöver. Ex diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, gasspis, ugn, gasolgrill och AC i sovrummen. Gratis WiFi som fungerade bra. Området är lugnt. Inte mycket trafik eller annat som stör. Dock är det inte direkt så man tar sig en promenad. Bil är ett måste (gott om parkeringsplatser). Ca 30 minuter från flygplatsen i Olbia. + Rymligt hus +Fräscht kök, badrum och uteplats +Trevlig och tillmötesgående fastighetsägare/fastighetsskötare +++POOLEN - Området är lite trist - Saknar en del utrustning i köket. Ex glas till 8 personer. Sammanfattningsvis har vi haft en fantastisk vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera denna semesterbostad. Skulle definitivt kunna tänka oss att återvända. /Ett sällskap från Sverige

Enjoyable stay

Luigi was a great host, easy to deal with and approachable. The area was perfect as a base to visit all the best places that Sardinia has to offer. We had a trouble free holiday which we hope to repeat some time in the future.

Toller Swimmingpool mit mangelhaften Umfeld

Der tolle Swimmingpool kann leider die sonstigen Mängel nicht ausgleichen. Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist dunkel und mehr ein Abstellraum. Warmes Wasser immer erst nach einigen Minuten Laufzeit. Fernsehempfang über Antenne ! und nur italienisch, Sat-Anlage ist abgeklemmt. Radioempfang nicht vorhanden. Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich teilweise ohne Funktion. Ausstattung mit Hand- und Badetucher ungenügend (2 Handtücher, 2 Badetucher für 2 Waschbecken, 3 Duschen und 6 Liegen). Ein Geschirrtuch für die Küche. Kfz-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück ist Werkstatt des Vermieters. Eine Weiterempfehlung kann nicht vorgenommen werden, Schade und Enttäuschend.

Clean, very well equipped, beautiful pool. Everything needed for a family holiday.

We took a late break in October (2 adults and 3 children). The villa was just perfect & from booking to arrival everything went smoothly. This villa had everything we needed, it was very well equipped and had even left us some food, as we arrived in the evening. The pool and garden were great, the kids loved it and were in and out of the pool. It was little bit cold in October but it didn’t stop them.. The location is good as is within easy reach of beaches (by car) and a peaceful location. Luigi was a star - recommending places to visit and restaurants to try. He is also a massure and chief. Massage was great and totally de stressed me. We look forward to returning again. I highly reccomend it.

Fantastiskt. Motsvarade minst sagt alla förväntningar

Otroligt fint hus. Mycket rent och fräscht. Gott om utrymme med alla faciliteter. Poolen magiskt fin och ännu större än förväntan. Fina solsängar runt poolen som räcker för alla. Lugnt och fint område med nära till det mesta. Tack Pier Luigi och Chiara. Vi kommer tillbaka

Beautiful Villa, absolutely perfect

We have just returned from a perfect holiday. The property has everything you could wish for. We stayed with 3 children under 10 and everyone had an amazing time. The pool is fabulous and i am sure the laughter and screaming let the neighbours know how much we enjoyed ourselves! A excellent location, nearby shops and a quick trip over the hill to the most amazing beaches. We will be back soon!

everything perfect

we came back in this villa for the second time, after our first experience last year. the house is really nice, lot of space, well equipped kitchen, the pool is fantastic and everything is perfect! we had such a beautiful holidays, we went to see some prehistoric sites, we went to the beaches all around, gorgeuos! hopefully we'll be back next year!!!

So nice!

We had a great time in this house. Everything was perfect: clean, spacious... and the host were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace as well as the outside shower. Arzachena is very well located and near some of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Thank you again Chiara for this lovely stay.

VACANZA STUPENDA! PUNTO STRATEGICO E PACE E RELAX TOTALI!

Vogliamo ringraziare Chiara e suo marito perchè abbiamo passato undici giorni assolutamente rilassanti. La casa è molto bella, ampia spaziosa, posta in una zona molto tranquilla, e veramente a pochi minuti da tutte le spiagge più belle della Costa Smeralda. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali separate, ognuna col proprio bagno con doccia, una al piano terra (con antibagno), una al primo piano, poi la zona giorno grandissima, e dietro la piscina. Posto auto davanti alla casa. Eravamo due famiglie ed abbiamo fatto una vacanza insieme ma ognuno con la propria privacy.... Inoltre la piscina, stupenda per i bambini, e molto comoda per quando si torna dal mare. E poi dalla colazione alla cena sotto la veranda, a bordo piscina, tanta roba! Un grazie di nuovo ai proprietari, molto disponibili e rapidi nel risolvere qualsiasi problematica e sciogliere qualsiasi dubbio! Da consigliare a chiunque.

Perfektes Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Pool war super. Es gibt zwei unterschiedliche wassertiefen von 1.40 bis 2.20 m und eine Aussendusche. Es waren ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage im Haus hat ebenfalls für Abkühlung gesorgt. Die nötigen Küchengeräte waren alle vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der Fernseher, der nur italienische Sender in mässiger Qualität brachte, da leider die Sat-Anlage kaputt war. Die Vermieterin Chiara war supernett u zuverlässig. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Great Time!

Sehr sympathische Vermieter, die sich auf Anfrage umgehend um die Anliegen ihrer Mieter kümmern. Der Pool ist cool. W-LAN Empfang ist nur zeitweise funktionsfähig. Das Objekt liegt günstig, da verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großzügiges Haus mit Pool

Wir(2 Paare) haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Ein Schlafz. mit Bad und kleinem Flur ist im EG, ein weiteres mit Bad und 2 Balkonen im OG. Das Haus ist großzügig, der Außenbereich ebenfalls. Es ist alles vorhanden von Kaffeemaschine bis Sandwichmaker und Geschirr- alles keine besonders hochwertigen Sachen, aber alles relativ neu und funktionstüchtig! Gasgrill steht auf der Terasse. Der Pool ist super: groß und eine Hälfte tief! Schade ist, dass man zu den nächsten Stränden fahren muss- aber das wussten wir bei der Anmietung und hatten uns darauf eingestellt. Die direkte Umgebung(Einfamiienhäuser) ist ok und ca 1-2-Km vom Ortszentrum entfernt.

bellissima! una vera sorpresa

Villetta in condizioni ottime, confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort, arredata con gusto. Posizione centralissima, bella piscina, zona tranquilla, host gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili. Superconsigliata. Ormai con Chiara e suo marito siamo diventati amici, persone veramente speciali. Bravi, continuate così.
