Family Friendly!

My wife and two toddlers and I absolutely loved our stay. Apartment was plenty spacious, loved having the washer and dryer, and even cooked a few meals in the kitchen. Perfect location for downtown Milan as well, very easy to reach M1/M2/M3 lines on metro, easy metro to Milano Céntrale as well. Highly recommend!

Nice very well placed apartment.

Windows give on a small quiet street which was good but limited the view and light it to the apartment. Was comfortable for 2 not sure about more people.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to a lot of attractions. Metro stop close by for everything else. Can be a bit noisy at times with the construction taking place in the area, but it was a very minor annoyance.

Had a wonderful stay in Milan. The apartment was excellent. Whenever I read a review, I wonder how true it is. So, I can tell you that this was as described, except for the long angle lens for the pictures. It wasn't as large as Grand Central Station, but certainly very adequate. Will book again. You can book without fear or hesitation.

Cool apartment in awesome location

Highly recommend this apartment for visiting Milan. The owner was great with communication and both check in and check out were easy. The location is outstanding, near to the Duomo, the palazzo, shopping district, restaurants and bars, museums and public transportation. There’s even a nearby, very clean and secure public parking garage (though pricey, but within normal Milan costs). Both bathrooms are great, large shower size. Lots of sheets and towels available for use. Laundry facilities included. Bedrooms are separate from one another so lots of privacy for 2 couples or a family with kids. Only minor downside is the room with the two futons (they’re very hard and pillows are not provided). Living room is spacious and kitchen is small but more than adequate. AC works brilliantly.

Location, Location, Location!

This very comfortable flat was more about the location than anything else. Just one minute walk to the metro station where we could get around anywhere we wanted to. Plus by foot we were just minutes away from the Duomo and other major local attractions. Flat was very secure and nicely appointed, although a bit aging. Only complaints were that the refrigerator didn’t work during our stay and it was not repaired in time, and the side street below could get a little noisy during the night. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay during our week in Milan.

Great Location

Beautiful condo in a great location. Spacious and nice to have two bathrooms. Loved the bathtub! If you’re into taking baths this tub is awesome! The shower however was dirty and had a bit of mold which was disappointing. Also, a few minor inconveniences. There was no toaster. I feel that when you rent a place a toaster should be a given. There was a panini press but that just doesn't compare to a toaster. Also, the book providing instructions was great to have but the two people mentioned as contacts if there were any issues, did not have contact info! And considering what was required for us regarding the garbage (sort, recycle, bring to garbage room) , it would have been nice to have bags for the garbage! I did bring this up with the host but was advised to find some. Overall, great location, great unit, just needs a bit of tweaking and attention to minor details to make it awesome.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. But check in was dis-jointed. We also tried to change dates at the last minute and so we had a lot of back and forth on when we would arrive, so I blame us more than the owner. It's really a lovely refuge away from the clamor of Milan

Simply splendid and wonderful!

Our first trip to Milan. We need a quiet location, with facilities to do laundry, close to the Duomo and the Teatro al la Scalla, and this location was PERFECT! Check in was easy and thorough, location clean, appointments accurate, and the home felt like home. Highly recommended to families and especially couples on a romantic holiday!

Can't wait to go back!

Overall experience was excellent. GREAT location. GREAT personal service. GREAT apartment. Only 'issue' was the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms which was ajar and kept sliding around. When I did the check-out with Pablo, I mentioned it and he was aware of the problem so it should have been attended to before we arrived. Everything else was SO wonderful that this was a minor annoyance but one that should have been handled ahead of time.
