Excellent, safe residential area with free, easy parking. Close to well stocked supermarket and delicious takeaway Italian food or icecream at GANCI. Easy access to Palermo and the airport - both a 30 minute drive away in opposite directions. Mid October the nearby Mondello beach was still popular for a swim or relaxing on the beach. Giacomo was very patient checking us in and helped enormously as my sat nav took us to another location in Addaura…. Carried luggage for us and went out of hus way to make us comfortable. Many thanks we had an excellent holiday and 4 night stay here :)

Abbastanza buono con certi limitazioni

Un appartamento ampio, con spazio fuori (ampia terrazza) e dendro. La cucina adatta, ci mancavano 1 pentola media, più piatti e 2 calici per vino(Italia!). Condimenti usati vecchissimi, che tiravano gli mascerinierano da rimuovere. State attenti di chiudere le porte per evitare che zanzare ed altri animali. Incredibile e faatdioso „l‘orchesta“ del abbaiando di tanti cani nella vicinanza, sopratutto di sera. In estate col caldo umido è difficile di stare, perché aria condizionata c’è solo nalla stanza per dormire. Pietro era gentile e dava informazioni utili. Grazie!

Geräumige Wohnung mit traumhaftem Meerblick

Wir haben eine saubere und sehr geräumige Wohnung vorgefunden. Der Check-In mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Für die Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto.

Nous avons été surpris par la superficie de la location, avec de multiples terrasses. Bref villa très spacieuse ; le temps a juste un peu frisquet pour profiter totalement des multiples terrasses. Appartement bien situé pour visiter Palerme, Sigeste...

Appartement très spacieux et clair offrant une belle vue sur Mondello. Pas de problème de parking et proximité des transports en commun très utiles pour aller visiter Palerme. Cuisine bien équipée en équipements et accessoires. Les deux chambres sont pourvues de grands lits. Giacomo a été très attentionné, nous rendant visite afin de s'inquiéter de notre séjour. Le petit bémol, pour les locations courant octobre, est l'humidité qui descend de la falaise à laquelle est adossée la maison. A ne pas recommander aux personnes handicapées à cause du dénivelé et des escaliers.
