About this property

Ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people, or 2 families (maximum 7 people), magnificent house of 140 m2 in contemporary / industrial style, refurbished on 1,750 m2 land in terraces (century-old olive trees).
Impregnable dominant view, facing south. No opposite. Located in a very quiet residential area at the foot of the village of Montauroux (access on foot to the village by a shortcut where there is food, bakery, pharmacy, butcher and shops).
Many outdoor spaces: wooden pontoon, hammock area under olive trees, garden furniture, shaded dining area near swimming pool. 10x4 pool with jacuzzi. Shower and outside toilet.
Very nice covered terrace at the level of the kitchen and the dining area. Barbecue.
Ground floor: 1 American kitchen, 1 dining area, 1 living room, 1 office (WiFi access) 1 very large master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with shower room and WC
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, wc, a bathroom with bathtub.
-1 child's bedroom (where 2 to 3 children can sleep): 1 small sofa bed (130x190) and 1 high bed.
-1 bedroom which includes a double bed (140X200).
The house with the terraced land is not very suitable for very young children as well as the non-fenced swimming pool.

50% deposit on booking and the balance 1 month before the period. Deposit 2000 euros. 200 euros for cleaning costs at the end of the stay (mid-week cleaning offered for 2 consecutive weeks).
Reduction for 2 consecutive weeks.

The house is non-smoking and animals are not accepted.

Lake of Saint Cassien nearby (pedal boat, paddle, canoe). Siagne river (very relaxing or very sporty natural setting).
Fayence aerodrome (baptism of glider, ULM or parachute).
White earth golf course and aquatic area at the aquaroma spa in the Fayence area.
Children can learn horse riding.
Very beautiful Provencal villages (Callian, Tourrettes, Fayence and Seillans) and enjoy the markets.
Beaches of Mandelieu la Napoule and Théoules sur mer are 30 minutes away as well as the city of Cannes. Nice airport is 40 minutes away.
Very pretty coves in the red rocks of Estérels between Saint Raphaël and Théoules are 40 minutes away (Agay bay, Boulouris, Le Dramont).

Lovely villa in a lovely village in southern France

We had a great two weeks here- the villa was beautiful with great views and a lovely pool. The house has everything you needed. You need a car and the road up to the villa Is steep! Short walk to the local village for croissants and nice bars and restaurants. Beautiful local hillside villages to visit and easy driving distance to Nice and Cannes . Had a lovely day in Port Grimaud and took the ferry to St Tropez . Would highly recommend.

Magnifique maison avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille chez Nathalie. La maison est superbe, la vue magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup appréciés la superbe piscine ainsi que les différents espaces pour déjeuner ou prendre l’apéro. La maison est très belle, décorée avec goût, propre et fonctionnelle. Elle n’est toutefois pas très sécurisée pour de jeunes enfants (nous étions avec 2 enfants de 5 et 2 ans). Nous n’avons rencontrés aucun problème mais avons dû faire preuve d’une grande vigilance. Nous avons également eu des difficultés pour grimper la côte qui mène à la maison avec notre voiture (petite citadine peu puissante). Mais les propriétaires ont su trouver une solution. En résumé, je recommande la maison de Nathalie et Gilles pour de superbes vacances!!

lovely house with gorgeous view

We spent a wonderful time in this house, it being perfectly equipped, with no problems whatsoever as well as very friendly and efficient owners. To be especially emphasized: 1. great view over the countryside (didn't´miss sea view which we usually have in our houses for one second!) 2. very tasteful interior 3. large pool in perfect condition 4. short footpath to Montauroux centre 5. incredibly lovely old olive trees with hammocks and tree house 6. hard to decide where to take the "apero" every evening- so many perfect settings, terrace upstairs, or downstairs, or by the pool.... 7 many great places for excursions very near by! Definitely a place to come back to, preferably as soon as possible! Many thanks to Nathalie and her family!!

Tres bel emplacement et belle vue

Nous avons passé 15 jours entre amis avec nos enfants dans la maison de Nathalie et Gilles. La maison dispose d'une belle vue dégagée, la piscine est spacieuse et avec jacuzzi sur une partie. Tout est pensé pour pouvoir profiter des espaces de vie à l'extérieur de la maison. Donc parfait ! Pour les enfants en bas âge, prévoir une surveillance accrue : plusieurs escaliers et piscine sans barrière (avec alarme).
