Beautiful 135-meter house with several terraces, 3 bedrooms, a garden, private parking and a large terrace-solarium from which you will enjoy the best views of the sea and mountains of Agua Amarga. 360º panoramic!
On the upper floor are the two light-filled bedrooms, each with a sea-view balcony and an en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub).
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped to make your vacation easier: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, vitro, fridge, microwave and all the necessary utensils and crockery to enjoy cooking.
In the living room you have a television, sofa, armchairs, a large dining table and a wonderful fireplace perfect for enjoying winter evenings.
Communicated with the living room, the large garden porch perfect for summer meals in the shade of the wooden pergola. The house has private parking space and a small barbecue.
Just 3 minutes walk from the beach, you can enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful town of Agua Amarga and the beauty of the best beaches and coves of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park.

Agua Amarga winter stay
Maria was an excellent host, quick to respond to any questions we had about the property and surrounding area. A pleasure to deal with.The house was comfortably furnished and well equipped, ideally situated for beach, hiking and biking with plenty of outdoor space.

A lovely place to stay
We loved staying in this pretty, whitewashed house covered with bougainvillea in flower. It was very clean, the well-equipped (though perhaps a few kitchen items need replacing, e.g. saucepans). The beds were very comfortable and the roof terrace was a great place to relax, with areas of shade and sun and nice views. We liked having breakfast and other meals at the table in the front garden. It was useful having a drive to park in, however it is quite narrow so easier to navigate with a small car. The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the town square and the beach. The landlord was very helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung
Das Haus steht in einer Seitenstraße neben der Hauptstraße, das Wort Hauptstraße heiß aber nicht das es laut wäre, nein, die Straße ist mit den üblichen spanischen Querpollern beruhigt und man hört wenig von der Straße. Die Ortschaft ist nicht so groß und sehr überschaubar, es gibt ein paar Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Strand ist in einer großen Bucht eingebettet und sehr schön. Wir waren im Februar und März hier und haben ein ruhiges Dorf vorgefunden, nur den SP Markt und ein Restaurant hatte geöffnet. Für uns kein Problem, da wir gerne selber kochen. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist sehr gut, in der Küche war fast alles schon mal zur Grundversorgung für die ersten Tage vorhanden (Gewürze, Spülmittel, Kaminholz etc.). Die drei Schlafzimmer sind nicht so groß, aber für uns ausreichend gewesen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin funktioniert per WhatsApp schnell und problemlos. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick zum Meer und ins Hinterland und auch sehr schöne Terrasse vor dem Haus. Alles in allem, eine wunderbare Zeit in Agua Amarga, wir kommen gerne zurück.

Nice house
Nice house, clean linens, good space. Only 2 sunloungers although there were 3 adults. Some traffic noise. Well equipped kitchen. We have stayed in Agua Amarga many times. Great village.

Excellent place to stay.
We wanted a quiet place by the sea and this was perfect. Agua Amarga is a beautiful place and in February/March many restaurants are closed but there are a few nice places open and a little grocery shop. There are great walks and beautiful little beaches to discover. We needed to light a fire every evening in February which was nice and cosy. However this wasn't neccessary in March. Maria Antonia our host was helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. Every week a lovely woman called Maria came, cleaned the house, so it was sparkling, made up the beds with clean bedding and left clean towels. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay at this time of year.

Somos unos asiduos a Agua Amarga, llevamos veraneando allí más de veinte años. La casa es la mejor que hemos encontrado en este tiempo tanto por su mantenimiento como por la propia casa.

Somos tres parejas de amigos que teníamos ganas de pasar un fin de semana en que descansar y disfrutar de Agua Amarga. Nos encantó esta casa por ser grande y tener todas ls habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y baño propio, además de amplias terrazas. La casa estaba totalmente equipada y limpia. La ubicación es perfecta. Hemos tenido contacto inmediato con los propietarios además de dejarnos algún detalle para nuestra estancia. Recomendable 100%

Eigentlich wunderbar, aber...
Das Haus ist sehr hübsch: geräumig, wertig eingerichtet und mit allem, was es braucht. Drei Terrassen - eine mit tollem Meerblick - sind Teil des Highlights. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, auch wenn wir sie nie zu Gesicht bekamen (alles läuft online - nur spanisch oder französisch). Leider hatten wir kaum Gelegenheit, Ruhe und Terrassen zu nutzen, weil grad (wenige Meter) vor dem Haus Arbeiten stattfanden: Ab 8 Uhr morgens liefen Betonmischer, Kreissäge oder Presslufthammer. Stundenlang... Wir flüchteten nur noch und kamen erst abends nach Hause. Da die Strände ab Mitte September nahezu unbelebt sind und nicht mehr betrieben werden, kamen nur kurze Strandaufenthalte oder längere Ausflüge in Frage - ein Ausruhen im Haus mit entspannten Lesestunden war nicht möglich. Die Gastgeberin war so freundlich, uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten eine kleine Reduktion anzubieten (wir hätten auch abreisen können). Dennoch war das Ganze enttäuschen und ärgerlich: Wir hatten uns zwei Wochen Entspannung auf einer längeren Spanienreise erhofft. Das ging echt daneben. Für Menschen, die etwas Schwierigkeiten beim Gehen oder Treppensteigen haben, ist das Haus zwar machbar, aber nicht optimal - für mich war es sehr anstrengend. Ebenso ist der Weg zum Strand nur für Menschen geeignet, die ordentlich zu Fuss sind, da es beim Rückweg bergauf geht. Wir finden das Haus wirklich empfehlenswert - aber erst, wenn alle Arbeiten abgeschlossen sind. So ist es unzumutbar. Um Frustrationen zu vermeiden, wäre es halt schon gut, wenn die Gastgeber die Mieter über die möglichen Unannehmlichkeiten informieren würden. Das würde beiderseits Ärger ersparen.

Great stay in Agua Amarga!
Beautiful house for a holiday visit to Agua Amarga. A great location. The house is a short walk to the center of this small town. Maria Antonia and her daughter were very responsive with the unexpected construction issues - road and building site across the street. Once the construction is finished, I would highly recommend the house and stay again.

La casa esta muy bien situada, en una zona tranquila a la afueras del pueblo, salvo los ruidos de una obra enfrente de la casa, que están a punto de finalizar. No le falta ningún detalle para hacer agradable la estancia en ella. quizás se echa en falta algún mueble consola en la habitación azul y alguna repisa en su baño. Maria Antonia es una casera encantadora, que atiende todas las dudas que se le planteen.

La vue sur mer et montagne est magnifique, plusieurs terrasses pour bénéficier de la vue.

Sehr schönes Haus - leider neben einer Baustelle
Das Haus war vollkommen in Ordnung und mit allem Wichtigem ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist sehr freundlich.Leider mussten wir bei unserer Ankunft feststellen, dass nebenan ein großes Appartmenthaus mit 14 Wohnungen gebaut wird, der Baulärm hat uns häufig gestört, die Terassen sind quasi nicht nutzbar. Achtung!! Der Bau soll erst im Juni 2019 beendet sein! Die Vermieterin bot uns dann fairerweise an, von der Vermietung zurückzutreten.
