Small house in the historic area of Nazaré close to the beach and the elevator, consisting of a double bedroom, bedroom with 2 vertical bunks, kitchen, attic, bathroom and patio with barbecue, furnished and equipped. It has a stove, microwave, TV, fridge with freezer, washing machine.
Does not include sheets and towels.
New Year price 200 euros for 3 nights which is the minimum. In the remaining periods, the minimum is 7 nights, 30 euros per night. If sheets and towels form the guest's account a discount is made.
Very peaceful.

Points positifs : Proximité avec le funiculaire et la plage Logement globalement propre La machine à laver Réactivité du propriétaire Points négatifs : Procédure d’arrivée nécessitant un appel vidéo whatsapp Saletés sous les lits Le lit 2 places était cassé à notre arrivée nous avons dû le réparer nous même Le robinet de la cuisine fuyait à notre arrivée Il n’y a pas de salon pour se poser juste la cuisine Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude dans le lavabo de la salle de bain Il n’y a pas de placards pour ranger les vêtements pour plusieurs personnes Une mauvaise odeur persistante à l’entrée du logement malgré plusieurs nettoyages L’accès à la salle de bain/toilettes est séparé du reste du logement Les voisins sont bruyants parfois jusqu’à 1h du matin La stationnement est compliqué
