Our Review

The villa looked like the pictures at first glance. The pool was perfect. There were enough bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone. The villa would have been fine if it wasn’t for the problems we encountered. The whole house needed a thorough cleaning. There were spiders and bugs everywhere. The doors were very difficult to open, the door knob came off in our hands because there were not enough screws to secure it. We washed all the dishes, pots, & pans before we used them because they were not clean. We couldn’t get the gas stove to work so we had to notify the owner who responded with directions. It did not live up to it’s write-up, it is in need of maintenance. However, we still managed to enjoy our stay.

Villa Fiore, Lazio

Perfect Italian setting with spectacular views from the pool. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay again, especially as it really felt like home from home. We can also recommend eating out in Castelnuovo di Porto and Riano as we had some fantastic meals there as well as home cooking at the villa.

Rome Wedding stay

A group of 8 of us stayed at the villa as we were coming out to the area for a wedding. Mario met us at the villa with the lovely dog Maxie and was really helpful and friendly! We had the best time at the villa, it was fantastic with sociable areas and a great pool. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with great air con. Mario was at hand over what’s app for any queries we had and sorted taxis for us to and from the wedding, and Nora checked in on us during the week to make sure everything was ok! Recommend hiring cars as it’s a drive to anywhere local, but ample space to park and easy to find somewhere to hire. We had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend it!

Casa molto bella , immersa nel verde e nella pace . La proprietaria Nora molto gentile e disponibile .impianto stereo da paura 🤩 aria condizionata in tutta la casa , da migliorare solo la pulizia . Se ci fosse un po’ di manutenzione in più sarebbe perfetta .
