- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- There are stairs up to the entrance of this home and no elevator.
- The fireplace in the sitting room is ornamental.
- The communal hallway shows some signs of wear and tear.
- The bed in the second bedroom is a futon. It is lower to the ground than most beds.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets.
- Scaffolding is up on the front of the building the flat is in. Some noise may be heard between the usual working hours of 9am - 5pm, monday to friday.
