This appartamento is truly charming and cosy . It has been decorated with utmost taste .

This property is in the heart of Prati , an elegant and central neibourhoid of Rome. From here you can walk to some of the important tourist attractions , yet live like a Roman . Marzia and Federici are excellent hosts and provide you with all the info you may need . We will return to this appartement . Thank you again for making our stay memorable .

Apartment was all we could want. Very comfortable bed, well appointed bathrooms, and located in a quiet local area away from the main tourist frenzy but very close to bars, restaurants and transport. Marzia was very welcoming on our arrival and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Our Roma Stay!

Absolutely loved this place. Perfect location and great air conditioning to relax after the long hot day at the Vatican and Coliseum tours. The laundry machines really helped us too, as this was the middle of our 24 day trip. I highly recommend this as a home base!

Live like a Local

Our 4 weeks were a wonderful experience. Marzia is a great host and her recommendations were terrific. The apartment is in a lovely building with the amenities as listed, close to important sights, in the middle of amazing shopping and dining. We like settling in and being part of a neighborhood and the Prati is a wonderful ‘hood. The only disappointment was the lack of an Oven. We know most people don’t go to Rome to Cook or stay for this long, but we love shopping the markets and having an evening meal “at home” occasionally. We did shop, cook and live like locals! A memorable visit. We’ve visited Rome several times over the years and rented apartments in other neighborhoods, this was our favorite location for feeling like you are not just another tourist. Grazie Molto, Marzia!

Home away from home

The host was incredibly accommodating in every aspect of our stay from early check in to arranging for private drivers even after our stay ended. This rental was very upscale in its decor. While there was a single bedroom the pull out coach was very comfortable. The bathrooms were large and included towel warmers. A washer and dryer was also provided and easy to operate. The rental is very close to the Vatican and close to both bus stop and metro for easy access to all parts of the city. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay.

Rome Visit

The location was perfect and the accommodations were great. The apartment was was well appointed and very comfortable. Marzia was extremely helpful, arranging transportation to and from cruise port and airport. I would highly recommend this property when visiting Rome. We will be back!

Wonderful Host!

The apartment was immaculate! Our host was helpful and even left much needed drinks in the refrigerator to help regroup until we could get our bearings. It was close to a Metro stop and to the Vatican. We would definitely stay in this quiet residential neighborhood again!

Marzia is a fantastic host. She went out of her way to help us with all of our needs and questions, answered every email promptly, arranged for airport pick up and gave us very helpful information. Marzie was a great host. She was very helpful with everything including getting us transportation from the airport to the apartment at the beginning. My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this location and our host was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The location was wonderful, all of the recommendations were great. We had a perfect taxi phone number to contact at any time. We would highly recommend staying at this location.

Great stay in Rome

We had a great stay in Rome. Marzia is wonderful and really goes out of her way to assist you. She personally met us at check-in and our room was ready hours early so she let us in. The place is adorable, super clean and modern. She gave us recommendations on how to get around, where to eat and sites to see. The apartment is gated and in a very safe neighborhood. We loved staying here on our first trip to Rome and would definitely stay again.

Good choice

Housing was comfortable and spacious. Location good for walking tours. Host secured a local guide to give us a private tour of the "everyday" Rome and she was teriffic.Grocery market across the street was teriffic as we intended to cook and buy wine. If you choose to have a vehicle, almost no parking in area. Learn the Metro system and buy a week pass. Heed the warnings on pickpockets. The are real.

Perfect Stay

Location was amazing. Walking distance to Vatican, shopping, places to eat and gelato for my kids. Safe neighborhood. Apartment was very nice. Pull out sofa had a very comfy mattress and bed was great. Communication was excellent. No negatives! Will stay again!

Apartment in a real Rome neighborhood

The property was lovely and spacious. The neighborhood was residential and very safe with lots of local restaurants. It was enjoyable to get a coffee in the morning or gelato in the evening and seeing the local residents enjoying themselves. Everyone we met was friendly. The hosts Marzia and Federico were very helpful.
