Great apartment and host. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay in Rome. It is close to Vatican, surrounded by lots of dining options and walking distance to the main Rome attractions. Would recommend staying here. The host is wonderful.

Perfect

Welcoming, informative and helpful hosts. This is my second time staying here, and I cannot fault it. I will stay here on future visits. Great neighbourhood, away from the throng of touristy areas but an easy walk to everything you would want to see and do in Rome. The apartment itself, is faultless, with everything you could possibly need. Very highly recommended.

Our stay with Marzia and Federico in Prati was an excellent experience .

The appartment was well equipped ,modern and professionally furnished. We were met on time and communication was easy . The area is in the centre of everything but you get to live like a local . There are so many restaurants and bars to try and close to the Metro . For those who love walking it is easy explore Rome from here . We love this area and would definitely go back to stay in Marzia and Federico’s luxury apartment. The building is safe with a doorman during the day . Thank you for a wonderfull stay ! Lia .

What an amazing stay in Rome!

From the moment that we booked with Marzia she worked with us to set up all the logistics of getting to her lovely apartment. She helped us order transportation to the place as well as a taxi to pick us up at the end of our trip. The place was huge, had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The apartment was super clean and we loved the terrace. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store across the street We also ate several times at Bibi’s right beside our building. It was the perfect location and the taxi stand to get transportation while in Rome was about an eight minute walk. We definitely want to come back and this is the place that we would stay in again. Marzia was the PERFECT hostess.

Fantastic location

Quiet neighborhood but still lively with excellent cafes, restaurants, and bars. Marzia is a great host with many recommendations. Walking distance to major highlights, and two metro stops are convenient.

Great apartment for staying in Rome!

The apartment was exactly what we needed for staying in Rome. It was so close to the metro so we could easily get to all the sites we were visiting. The host left maps and suggestions for great places to eat. We tried them at least three and she was spot on! We also enjoyed the tub with the jets for feet after long tour day! Highly suggest!

Great Apartment in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to this location. It is in the relatively quiet Prati neighborhood but everything is easily accessed via bus, metro, taxi and walking.

Perfect Location in Prati

The apartment was as presented, and in a great location. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was fairly quiet for a city. This apartment is close to the Metro. We purchased a one-week ticket which made it convenient to navigate Rome. The Vatican is within walking distance. There also many good restaurants, gelato shops, coffee bars and stores, nearby. We greatly appreciate the taxi arrangement to and from the airport. We would stay here again.

We loved the neighborhood- a little off the beaten path but with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Quiet at night; lovely terrace, hostess very helpful and easy to reach when needed.

Close to Gatican

Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood. Directly across the street from a great market with about 10 nice restaurants within a few blocks and 3 gelato places. ApArtment was well taken care of and Mariza was super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Prati apartment near Vatican

Better than advertised, great location, close to great restaurants, pharmacy, groceries and metro. The host was so lovely and helpful, even arranging for her nephew to take us to Ryder Cup when taxis weren’t available.

Zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Rom

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für einen längeren Aufenthalt - 2 Wochen - gebucht und waren sehr, sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit bei allen kleinen und großen Fragen. Unmittelbar in der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich alle wesentlichen Geschäfte und sehr schöne Lokale. Der Vatikan ist zu Fuß innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, die Altstadt innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Couldn’t be better!

Clean apartment in a great neighborhood. We were a family of three, and there was ample space. Two big beautiful bathrooms. The air conditioning was wonderful with Rome being so hot. The hosts were wonderful. I’m coming back if I can :-)

Roman vacation

Clean and renovated, good location , patio and ac. Market and shops across the street. Near Vatican and metro. Picture looks like 2 beds but it has one large bedroom and living room with nice sofa bed . This worked well for 2 adults 2 kids. 2 nice bathrooms . 1 Mile to down town if you chose to walk. Overall quite nice, secure building .

Roma Paradise

This apartment was our absolute favorite during our two week tour of Italy. From the property manager who was excellent in communication and making sure we had everything we needed, to the location which was perfect for us! The beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing after the hot days exploring the city. It was perfect!! We would definitely stay again if we were to visit in the future.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay in Prati. Marzia is a wonderful host. She arranged for airport pick up and drop off (60 euros one way with cc) met us upon arrival and showed us around the apt. She also gave us info about restaurants etc and was extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is great and in walking distance to the metro with a supermarket across the street. We loved the patio and the chance to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening there. The gelato store two blocks down is a must try!

Excellent!!!

The apartment was just as described, cleaned, spacious, had all the necessities ready. Marzia was super helpful, she met us when we arrived and arranged transportation for us twice. The neighborhood is great, walking distance to the vatican, farmacy, markets and restaurants all around the neighborhood. We LOVED the appartment and our 3 day stay in Rome and Florence. We definitely recommended this apartment.
