Excellent property for visiting Barcelona
We had a great stay at Carmen’s VRBO. The property was what we were looking for situated very close to the metro which allowed easy access to the various points we visited in the city. The two areas in the property were perfect for 2 couples. We lost communication with our host after our check in, had no response to our inquiries. The place was clean and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. Only 2 elements worked on stove. Penthouse suite was sweet.

Wunderbar, da die schöne Wohnung alles hat, was man braucht, inklusive Metro und Busse, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Estuve en el sobreatico de Carmen 4 dias con mi familia. Ella nos dió una cálida bienvenida, nos enseñó el apartamento en persona y estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. Nos dio recomendaciones muy buenas para disfrutar Bercelona en su maximo esplendor. El lugar es espectacular, pues es amplio, super completo y esta bastante cerca del metro y varias rutas de autobus, supermercados, panaderias y bares/restaurantes buenos. Volveria a quedarme en este lugar em mi proximp viaje.

The hist carmen was not patient on explaining the information about the apartment. When we adked bia email about how to adjusting temperature since the AC didn't work, she never responded to our email. We could sleep much due hit temperature .

It is really a pleasure to stay here. Very big appartement and very clean. It is near the metrostation which brings you in 15 minutes to for example Sagrada Familia. The supermarket is also very close and a nice typical Spanish restaurant just around the corner. Thanks fot the tip Felicia!

The apartment itself was spacious with a large terrace overlooking the city from the top floor. Everything was spotless. Many amenities provided, wifi worked great, espresso machine, washing machine, etc. Location was pretty good a few blocks from the metro station, which was very convenient to get around Barcelona. Great place to stay in Barcelona
Apartment located in very good spot, close to public transport and stores. Really well prepared and equipped, everything was working as supposed. Also view in the night was amazing. I recommend, 10/10. Hopefully, I will come back one day in future.

Fun in Barca
The apartment is well equipped for long or short stays. The location is outside of the city center, but has easy access to the metro. The outdoor patio is great on a warm evening. Parking is on the street and not easy to find. I got a space and didn’t move the car again until we left. Carmen met us at the appointed time and was very helpful in getting us settled in.

Perfect for two couples
The condo is very spacious and the floor plan with bedrooms separated by the main living area provided a lot of privacy for two couples. The condo is well outfitted with everything including shampoo, body wash, hand soap and coffee pods that were provided by Carmen. We enjoyed the large terrace when the weather was warmer. Location is great with just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We were able to find parking for our rental car down the street from the condo. Carmen was very responsive to our many questions and offered to come over to show us how to operate the oven when we couldn’t get the oven to work. It would be helpful to have written instructions for oven operation. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Séjour à Barcelone, Sant Adria de Besos Décembre 2023.
C'est un vaste et très bel appartement (deux suites) au 8ème étage avec terrasse (vue superbe), le métro Artigues-Sant Adria de Besos est à 400m et permet une liaison facile avec le centre de Barcelone. Parking aisé dans la rue à proximité. L'accueil a été bien organisé et très sympathique. La propriétaire a été charmante. Merci ! Nous (quatre personnes adultes en famille) recommandons hautement ce lieu.

Beware Host is Money Hungry
We stayed at Carmen’s apartment for a 3 nights stay prior to a cruise from Barcelona. The apartment looks just like it shows in the pictures. However some of the appliances didn’t work. For example, the stove had several broken knobs, two burners and the oven didn’t turn on. There are cameras all over the apartment. We felt a lock of privacy. The linen and towels were received in very bad conditions with holes and discoloration. I was surprised to receive an added fee from Carmen for stained towels. This woman is trying to find a way to charge additional fees. Very dishonest!! Stay away!! DO NOT RENT this place.
