Upon entering the villa, the ground floor unfurls into a generous
open-concept space housing a modern kitchen, dining, and living area,
all punctuated by a sleek family bathroom equipped with a contemporary
shower cubicle. Dual back doors provide access to your personal spa
oasis, a tranquil space complete with a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna,
and billiards table.

The lower floor offers privacy and opulence in equal measure, housing
four lavish bedrooms, two of which having their own private terrace
adorned with comfortable outdoor furniture. All bedrooms are
air-conditioned for optimal comfort, and complimentary WiFi is
available throughout the property.

As part of our service, we ensure the property is immaculately
presented upon your arrival and after your departure, with our
comprehensive cleaning services included in the price. Should you
require additional cleaning during your stay, we're happy to arrange
this as well Your comfort is paramount to us. We provide two sets of
towels per person and a set of linen per bed, with laundry frequency at
your discretion. The villa is also available for long-term bookings of
up to six months at a special monthly rate. Please note that utilities
are not included in the rate for long-term bookings.

The villa is walking distance from Mellieha center, however, we do recommend a car rental to explore the Island. Parking is not an issue as the house comes with free private parking space wide enough to fit 2 family cars.
