Appartement de qualité, Idéalement situé sur un versant de colline, à proximité des plages et des promenades, mais aussi du port et du centre ville.Une très belle vue la plage de saint clair et sur le cap Negre. On a passé un agréable séjour, malgré le temps moyen (mi Mars). Pas mal de visites à faire et de promenades à faire dans le coinsLa région est magnifique.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, l appartement est très bien ,la vue est magnifique . Il y a un accès de la résidence pour arriver vers la.plage par des escaliers.

Très beau et paisible
L'appartement est renové et très propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le grand balcon est un plus, superbe vue, étant vers l'est on peut vraiment en profiter la journée et le soir sans avoir trop chaud. La plage de Saint Clair est à 5-6 minutes de marche en allant et quelques un de plus en remontant, mais vraiment faisable à toute heure du jour. Une observation: sur ce site FeWo-Direkt, à la page dediée à cet appartement et aux règles pour les annulations et des cautions il n'est mentionné nulle part qu'à l'arrivée on doit deposer 500euro en espèces. Je pense qu'il faudrait que ce soit mentionné là clairement. A mon avis, le montant de 60 euros pour les nettoyages finales pourrait aussi être inclus dans le prix final affiché.

MAGNIFIQUE, VUE PARADISIAQUE
Magnifique appartement avec une vue paradisiaque ! très bien décoré, mobilier, literie, couverture et vaisselle de qualité. Très beau chant d'oiseaux le matin sur la terrasse sans aucun vis à vis. Accès rapide à la plage de Saint Clair de sable blanc argenté et eau transparente à 10 mn à pied via un petit chemin en pleine nature.. très bonne ambiance dans cet immeuble, très famille. Je le recommande. La propriétaire est très agréable. Il ne manquait rien dans cet appartement , mon séjour a été parfait.

Nous avons trouvé un appartement très agréable et d'une propreté irréprochable. La vue du balcon est magnifique. Le mobilier est de qualité. Il est clair que cette propriétaire prend en compte le bien être de ses locataires. A noter que l'accès à la plage et au parking peut être difficile pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Pour notre part nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans cette location.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet excellent appartement. Il est spacieux et très bien équipé, très propre. Bon accès à la plage par un petit sentier. Vue inoubliable! Nous nous sommes souvent reposés sur la terrasse et avons joui de la vue superbe. Nous pouvons recommander cet appartement sans hésiter. Couple allemand.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à deux dans cette location. Aucune surprise à l'arrivée, tout est conforme à la description de l'annonce, propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé, literie parfaite et une vue mer dont on ne se lasse pas. Nous avons été accueillis par une dame charmante et disponible. Les alentours sont riches en promenades sur les sentiers du littoral et dans les villages pittoresques. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement spacieux, conforme à la description et mieux encore! Le mobilier est harmonieux et de bon goût et les literies sont parfaites. Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. Et que dire de la merveilleuse vue sur la mer, dont on se lasse pas, pour les repas ou se reposer au calme. La belle plage de St Clair est à quelques minutes par un petit chemin. Nous le recommandons à un couple ou une famille de quatre personnes, à l'aise. Couple venu se reposer
