The Villino “Domu ’e Mari” is located within the residential village “Abba Urci”, in the Sarrala area, Marina di Tertenia (Ogliastra), just 300 meters from the sea.
“Abba Urci” is a charming residence surrounded by greenery, offering breathtaking views of Foxi Manna Beach and Punta Cartuceddu.
The residence provides an exclusive and relaxing environment. It consists of villas arranged in groups of four, each with a private garden, a dedicated swimming pool, large communal green areas, and sports facilities including tennis courts, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, and bocce.

The villas, separated by hedges and/or small walls, ensure guest privacy, while the spacious communal areas allow for social interaction.
The residence also has direct access to the sea and private parking.

Description

The house consists of:
• Three double bedrooms
• A living room with kitchen and a sofa
• Two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite)
• A storage room
• A large outdoor porch, equipped with a barbecue and a table with chairs for sea-view dining
• A private garden and parking space with an independent entrance
• A rear veranda

The villa can comfortably accommodate six guests, with the possibility of an additional guest in some cases.

A lovely holiday

Very nice and peaceful place. Owner is caring and sweet. Neighbor is a bit to much on peace and quiet when you bring children to this place.

Leuk vakantiehuisje vlakbij het strand

Wat een leuk vakantiehuisje! Het huisje is niet super groot maar zeer functioneel ingedeeld: we verbleven er met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen (12, 8, 8). Pluspunten zijn: de 3 slaapkamers (met airco) en 2 badkamers, het mooie terras, het zwembad, en de nabijheid van het strand (keienstrand op 5 min wandelen, voor het prachtige zandstrand moet je 10 minuutjes verder stappen, of 4 minuutjes met de auto). Het restaurant (3 min wandelen) is zeer lekker. Enige nadeel is misschien het feit dat het huisje wat afgelegen is tov nabije dorpjes, énkel het restaurant is op wandelafstand, de rest is met de wagen te doen. Het huisje ligt ook in een redelijk afgelegen regio: doordat je om naar Cagliari of Olbia of de West kust te gaan moet je steeds over een gebergte waardoor die reistijden wat oplopen.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les parents de Sergio, sympathiques et disponibles. La location est très calme, spatieuse, la piscine au top, il ne manquait rien dans la maison. Bonne proximité à pied de la plage, d’un restaurant, à 3 km du supermarché. Tout était parfait.

Alles bestens!

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Sehr gepflegter Terrassen- und Gartenbereich mit Pool, den wir vorwiegend für uns hatten. Super Aussicht schon am Frühstückstisch! Zum Kiesstrand knappe 10 Minuten Laufzeit, zum Sandstrand FoxiManna nochmal 10 Minuten länger, ist aber gut zu gehen. Das Beachvolleyballfeld wurde fast nur von uns genutzt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man 5 Minuten. Sehr symphatische Vermieter, Enrico half bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemchen zügig und unkompliziert, danke nochmal! Für mich und meine Familie war es ein perfekter Urlaub!

Séjour merveilleux. Plage - Soleil - Calme

Tout est parfait ! L'emplacement est parfait, proche de la place de Foxi Manna qui a le mérite d'être encore sauvage et vraiment pas surpeuplée. La résidence est très calme. Aux alentours, des criques superbes, parfois un peu difficile d'accès mais quel bonheur d'avoir une petite plage rien que pour nous ! Un peu plus loin, le canyon de Gorrupu à faire absolument (2 heures de marche à l'aller et au retour avec 700 mètres de dénivelé !) mais cela vaut vraiment le détour. Le seul point mitigé est la visite en bateau du golfe d'Orosei. Bien sûr, les paysages sont uniques et merveilleux mais beaucoup trop de touristes au mois d'Août, les plages sont saturées. Enfin, il est important de signaler que l'accueil par Enrico et ses parents a été impeccable. Par la suite, Enrico est toujours joignable pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir les yeux fermés

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten einen total tollen Urlaub. Die Fewo war sehr nett eingerichtet und die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders der Pool war super. Aber auch der Tennisplatz sowie das Beachvolleyball-Feld waren klasse. Und ein toller Sandstrand war in 10 min. per Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Fewo uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Schöne Anlage in sehr ruhiger Gegend

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Dankbar waren wir auch über die Klimaanlage. Unser Gastgeber Enrico war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool wurde quasi nur von uns benutzt Der Weg zum Strand beträgt etwa einen Kilometer Das war aber ok. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt dort und hatten wirklich 2 superschöne Wochen

Great spot

The house has got a shared pool which is great, and you can access the sea to swim about 300m from the house, while the beach is 900m with a nice walk on a flat track

Superbe location au calme

Belle maison bien équipée avec une agréable piscine très bien entretenue, vue sur mer et accès très proche (300 mètres ) .plage sable fin à 800 mètres. Enrico le propriétaire au petit soin avec nous .je recommande cette location pour son calme et sa situa Ne pas oublier Graziella à 500 mètres de la location qui vend ses légumes ,ses confitures, et ses plats cuisinés lasagnes,,Tiramisù etc.. Superbe séjour.

Séjour de rêve entre mer et montagne !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre mer et montagne dans cette propriété. Enrico et ses parents font tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien chez eux et c'est très agréable. Ils sont adorables. La villa est spacieuse, avec une belle terrasse qui donne sur la piscine et la mer. Les chambres sont climatisées. Ici vous pouvez plonger dans la piscine (nous étions seuls à l'utiliser alors qu'elle est prévue pour 4 villas) ou vous rendre à pieds à la mer (5 minutes) ou à la plage de sable Foxi Manna (10 minutes). C'est vraiment agréable. La résidence est vraiment tranquille. ll y a 2 magasins à 5 minutes en voiture pour faire des courses, une bonne pizzeria ainsi que 2 restaurants au sein même de la résidence. Concernant les loisirs, voici ce que nous avons fait pendant nos 15 jours de vacances : -Nous avons visité la grotte de Marmuri et fait une petite randonnée à côté. A priori, les cascades sont à sec... -Nous avons loué un pédalo et un canoé à la plage Foxi Manna : très sympa pour s'éloigner de la rive et des baigneurs. -Nous nous sommes rendus au canyon "Su Gorropu" (= 18 kms : à mon avis, c'est à réserver quand il fait moins chaud !) -Nous avons visité Villasamius et Cagliari (le bus Impérial est top pour visiter la ville et les monuments situés en hauteur) -Nous avons loué un bateau une journée pour aller le long des plages de Goloritze. Le paradis ! Bref, un séjour vraiment agréable, au calme et dont tout le monde a bien profité (adultes et ados). Encore un grand merci à Enrico et sa famille !

Una vacanza indimenticabile!

Siamo tre amiche ultra sessantenni e abbiamo scelto questa sistemazione per avere ciascuna la propria camera da letto. Le nostre aspettative sono state superate dalla realtà! I proprietari ci hanno accolto con calore e sono stati disponibili a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze. La villa è molto confortevole e ha un bellissimo terrazzo/giardino con una splendida vista mare/montagna. C'è anche la piscina ma non abbiamo avuto il tempo di utilizzarla! Aĺ mare si può arrivare a piedi o con pochi minuti di macchina. Nei dintorni ci sono tante spiagge molto gradevoli e nessuna è particolarmente affollata. Non parlo del mare perché è notoria la bellezza del mare della Sardegna! Da lì suggerisco una visita ad Arbatax, alle sue rocce rosse e alle sue spiagge, ma anche al ristorante della cooperativa dei pescatori di Tortolì, "Chiosco di ponente, Oyster bar". Già stiamo suggerendo questa location a parenti e amici.

Pour des vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé 15 jours très reposante, dans un cadre magnifique et tranquille. Enrico et ses parents ont été charmants La maison est propre et conforme à l'annonce. Beautiful holidays

We had very beautiful holidays here in Marina di tertenia. Enricos house is beautiful, with a great view to the sea from the terrace. Even if there were any questions, Enrico auswered within a few minutes. All in one, a very pleasant stay, and we can only recommend this house. Thanks to Enrico and his family!!

Mesmerizing view

We have stayed at Enrico’s house in August. The house is airy, clean and well equipped. As it is situated in a corner of the park, it is very private and has a view that is so beautiful, that it’s hard to describe. As it get’s very hot in August, the air conditioning was great to have. The pool outside is shared with three other houses, but we almost always had it to ourselves, despite the high season. Enrico and his parents were really welcoming and made sure we had a great stay and relaxed holiday. We were very sad to leave and hope to return some day.

Beautiful location and villa for a relaxing family holiday

Enrico and his parents greeted us with a Sardinian welcome pack and warm wishes. The villa is equipped with everything you might need for a family holiday, washing machine, ample cooking equipment, comfortable beds etc. The view is amazing and we spent many evenings watching the sun set on the terrace and the bats coming out and darting across the sky. The pool is ample size for a few lengths and a cool down, but as our neighbours were older with no children we did feel a bit self conscious about them splashing and being too noisy. They didn’t say anything and we’re very friendly, it was probably our British reserve that made us feel self conscious. Other pools on the complex were full of screaming jumping kids, so it could of just been the time we picked, and it didn’t spoil the holiday as the beach is so close we made sure all the splashing about was done in the sea. The surrounding area is beautiful, we did a boat trip up the coast from Arbtax, we did mountain biking in Ulasi and general site seeing all over. The rocky beach is 5 min walk from the villa, the sandy beach is 1k along a dusty track so 10 min walk. The snorkelling is fantastic at the rocky beach and the beach cafes on the sandy beach served the most delicious lunches. Also the first road side fruit stall as you leave the complex has a lady that makes and sells the tastiest local biscuits, preserves and sweet treats. Both the kids wished she was their Nona! It was exactly what we wanted, a quite relaxing location with a well equipped villa and restaurants within walking distance if we wanted them.

Fantastische plek!

Wij hebben genoten! Het huis beschikt over allles wat je nodig hebt en heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Het is een perfecte plek om te genieten van de rust en is een goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Zowel de binnenlanden als de kusten in de buurt zijn ongerept, niet toeristisch en leveren prachtige plaatjes op. De locatie van dit huis (aan de buitenkant van het park en als laatste van een blok van vier huizen) is perfect; de tuin is groter en heeft veel privacy. De eigenaars (Enrico en zijn ouders) zijn enorm vriendelijk en zeer servicegericht! Bij het restaurantje aan het water kun je heerlijk eten en koffie drinken. Kortom een absolute aanrader!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir haben die tolle Aussicht und die Ruhe genossen. Für die Kinder war der Pool natürlich ein Highlight. Vielen Dank an Enrico und seine Familie.

Tout d'abord,merci pour cet accueil incroyable d'Enrico et sa famille.Quelle gentillesse!Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable;la location est conforme aux photos.Vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine.L'entretien des extérieurs est bien assuré.S'il y a le moindre soucis,en moins d'une heure quelqu'un répond et agit.Merci à Bruno!terrain de tennis et beach volley ok.La plage très proche.Si vous recherchez un endroit reposant,c'est ici!commerces de proximité avec l'essentiel.Haute saison, ce doit etre évidemment mieux achalandé.En un mot,allez-y!sans aucune hésitation si vous cherchez un lieu loin de l'agitation. Ps: n'hésitez pas à vous rendre au restaurant La Grota.
