High quality building materials and equipment. Italian tiles in bathrooms and floors. Floor heating. Oak floor in bedrooms. A / C, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, WiFi (free). Jacuzzi. Terraces facing sea with grill area.
Brac stone on stairs in- and outdoor. Good parking for 3 cars on private parking.
3rd floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 or which facing sea. Permanent double beds (180 cm) in 2 bedrooms, adjustable bed (80/160 cm) in one bedroom. 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 toilet.
2nd floor: Living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Bed sofa (2 x 110 cm). Open planning. Panoramic sea view and big balcony facing sea.
1st floor: Living room, jacuzzi, bath room. Useful as x: a bedroom (2 extra beds available). Facing ocean with exit to large terrace. Terrace with sitting groups, dining tables, and separate grill area.
