Spacious fully furnished 1 BDR apartment with a great study/office room with a view. The reception and the bedroom have balconies with amazing views to the lakes, the Dubai metro line, and Dubai Marina. The apartment has two bathrooms, a pantry room with washing machine and storage.
The apartment is equipped with a high speed internet wifi and worldwide international channels. It is only 10 minutes walking distance to the metro station and 15 minutes to the beach!
Once you check in you will have access to the gym and the swimming pool.
