I don’t know how I feel about this apartment. Read the reviews and they were all great, reason why I booked but eh.
First, location is fantastic, could have not asked for better, literally 3 min from Pisa central, the apartment is pretty big and could easily fit 4-5 people. The price is pretty good too, I guess you get what you paid for.
My problem with the apartment was the cleanliness. It was extremely dusty and the carpets extremely dirty. I have mild dust allergies and they activated right away, I did not sleep for the five nights I was there, considered leaving and booking something else but it’s peak season and everything is booked.
We also found hairs on the bed sheets that weren’t ours, the pillows and sheets are also very outdated so off course extremely bad allergies.
Another issue we had was that the decor from the apartment is extreme frágil and to be fair outdated and weird. On the house rules it says not to touch stuff or break anything and it’s literally everywhere. If you have kids this is not a good stay, if you break anything they will charge you.
If you loose the keys it’s 50 euros
If you wanna use the parking is extra money( we could not, because some bad communication and didn’t know we had to reserve) we ended up paying 100 euros for 5 days near by. It’s also extremely hectic to drive around so heads up.
You have to take out the trash.
Can’t drink hard liquor either.
Can’t move the chairs either.
Overall not very happy.
