Un petit coin de tranquillité
Merci à laurence et ichem pour ce super sejour à la villa loris. Cette semaine de vacance un peu excentrée de marrakech (1h environ) a été reposante et en meme temps remplie d activités proposées par nos hôtes.(ballades en ânes, chameaux, buggy ) Ce sejour a été si apprécié aussi grace à notre excellente cuisiniere Fatima, ses plats etaient un régal. Merci aussi à Rachid et Jawad pour leur gentillesse. Je conseille vivement ce lieu pour les familles ou les personnes souhaitant être au calme et découvrir les villages berbères ainsi que ces habitants

Rural and charming
I stayed at the property with a group of friends and it was a lovely break from the busy medina's of the cities. We found it a bit difficult to understand the accommodations via the website, but the 5 of us were housed in two separate 2BR villas, and a third private apartment. All are very charming, and we were served all of our meals together on a lovely outdoor patio with a view of the pool. The pool and the grounds are beautiful and casual, and we enjoyed meeting the local horses, dogs, and even the noisy peacock who joined us for dinner one night. Laurence is incredibly helpful and arranged a guide and taxi for us to do a stunning hike through a nearby valley of the Atlas Mountains, followed by lunch in a berber home. The next morning we walked through neighboring villages, and the locals are extremely welcoming and friendly. The area does not seem to be heavily touristed and we enjoyed the authentic culture. The staff is fantastic and the meals on the veranda were nice. It's several kilometers out of Amizmiz, so decided it was best to stay on the property for dinner. Thanks Laurence for a great stay and your warm hospitality!

Stunning setting, wonderful friendly staff, delicious meals, convenient taxi service
16 of us stayed for my 30th birthday and had the absolute best time. Laurence and her husband could not have been more welcoming or helpful. They provided all of our meals, bought wine for us and made us feel special, all the while leaving us very much to our own devises. We were very much in celebratory mood and were quite loud but they never interrupted our fun and simply were there when we needed them. Laurence booked us taxis into town, organised a trek in the Atlas Mountains with lunch (which I cannot recommend enough) and I only wish to come back some day. Thank you for making my birthday the best EVER. Emilee xxxx

nous sommes tous bien rentrés, les uns à Lyon et les autres à Tours... et nos habitudes reprennent peu à peu leur place !!!!! beaucoup de souvenirs pour chacun de nous; une expérience inoubliable, c'est certain !!!! une réunion de famille qui ressert les liens !!!! comme me le disait tout à l'heure une de mes filles ... " je ne peux pas dire quel est mon meilleur souvenir, quelle est ma meilleure image que je garde du Maroc, car il n'y a que des souvenirs extraordinaires et que des images aussi belles les unes que les autres "................ merci de nous avoir permis de voir ce Maroc authentique merci au personnel si attentif à nos besoins ... et merci à vous Laurence !

Very relaxed vibe in a very unspoilt area, delicious food, basic but comfortable house and greatpool
Laurence, Fatima and Jawad looked after us really well. Our girls loved it especially the pool and all the cats, kittens (some were even born in their room, our fault for leaving the door open!) and dogs. We hadn't realised we'd be sharing the pool that perhaps could have been made clearer. Also we were staying in a different house from the one in the photos but we're very comfortable all the same and loved having our delicious suppers on our roof with the stunning views of the mountains and fields all around. Treks with Latifa were a definite highlight. Highly recommend coming to this blissfully unspoilt area with the friendliest people!

Een oase in Marokko!
Met een groep van 11 (volwassen) personen hebben we een fantastische week gehad aan de voet van de Atlas, op een uurtje rijden van Marrakesh. De ‘compound’ ligt aan de rand van een authentiek dorpje, op 5 min rijden van het charmante stadje Amizmiz (bezoek de dinsdag-markt!). Met zeven kamers in 2 huizen waan je je in klein dorp met centraal een mooi verzorgd zwembad. De verzorging is sowieso uitstekend; voor ontbijt (aanrader) en diner kan worden gezorgd. Laurence en haar personeel staan klaar om het de gasten fijn naar de zin te maken. Een ruime woonkamer met open haard maken ook de avonden een gezellig samenzijn. De kamers zijn ruim en sfeervol ingericht; elke 2 kamers voorzien van een badkamer (warm water komt traag op gang). De keuken is apart gelegen maar ruim en goed geoutilleerd. Internet (ondanks verstrekte dongel) was in ons geval niet mogelijk. Who cares? Een weekje zonder is heerlijk. Overigens, via internet-cafe met terrasje in Amizmiz, is het ook mogelijk en gezellig bovendien. Een aanrader voor mensen die avontuur (omgeving), comfort en rust (Dar Achorafa) niet schuwen! Dineren in een berbertent bij restaurant ‘Chez Amaghousse’ met uitzicht over het meer in Lalla Takerkoust is eveneens een aanrader. Kortom, een tweede bezoek is niet uitgesloten (zeker met prijs/kwaliteit in aanmerking genomen). Laurence c.s.: bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Stilles Paradies
Sehr ruhiges Paradies in einem Olivenhain. Wenn gewünscht, wird man stets nett umsorgt mit sehr guter marrokanischer Hausmannskost und Frühstück. Es wird zur vereinbarten Zeit auf den Wohnzimmertisch oder Terasse serviert. Wie in solchen Ländern üblich gibt es zwar kleinere technische Mängel aber trotzdem wird alles funktionsfähig gehalten.

un noel berbère
Un noel berbère magnifique pour toute notre famille de 16 personnes 9 petits de 8 ans à 4mois et 7 adultes. Sous le soleil et les 20° en moyenne, assez froid pendant la nuit. Nous avions loué les 3 maisons de Laurence et Hicham, pris la délicieuse demi pension de Fatima servi par Jawad. Tous les jours des magnifiques balades soit autour de la maison, ou avec guide et mules pour les petits et déjeuner chez l'habitant, hors du temps et du tourisme avec de belles personnes. Une parenthèse merveilleuse et un vrai voyage. On recommande à fond Merci à tous de nous avoir si bien accueilli

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé 10 jours exceptionnels ❤️. Un cadre idyllique, soleil, calme, cadre magnifique. Des vacances sous le signe de paix et de la douceur. Laurence est d'une gentillesse, disponible et à l'écoute, nous avons été très bien accueillies avec mes amies. Le personnel également était adorable. Nous reviendrons c'est certain. Je vous conseil vraiment cet endroit pour les amateurs de village traditionnel, de calme et de béatitude. Idéal pour les personnes qui souhaitent profiter de leur séjour en toute discrétion et sans aucun vis à vis . C'est l'endroit idéal. 😍. Une très belle région très simple et en mm tps si attachante .... Nous avions été très bien reçus par Laurence et le reste de sa famille ainsi que par les voisins de la maison qu'on louait ! dépaysement assuré!
Excellent endroit pour ceux qui recherchent calme, authenticité et rencontres; nous avons beaucoup aimé! En famille (2 adultes+2 ados), nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans la maison 2 chambres. nous y avons apprécié la déco, la literie excellente, la magie du grand salon ( qui, par sa verrière non couverte en avril ,laissait entrevoir le ciel étoilé). La cuisine est modestement équipée mais cela est suffisant, surtout si on choisit de profiter régulièrement des délicieux repas concoctés par Fatima et servis avec gentillesse par Jawad. La piscine et ses abords sont très agréables. Le hammam est un plus. La ville d'Amizmiz toute proche permet de se ravitailler facilement pour le minimum nécessaire (petites boutiques mais n'y cherchez pas un supermarché à l'occidental!). Nous y étions souvent les seuls touristes...et c'est tant mieux puisque nous recherchions dépaysement et authenticité. Accueil chaleureux 100% du temps, que ce soit dans cette ville (aucune sollicitation commerciale), dans le village de Tizfrite ou dans les campagnes et montagnes autour. Laurence et Hicham, en plus de leur accueil et disponibilité, ont su nous conseiller pour différentes ballades inoubliables. Celle à la journée, accompagnée d'une mule et guidée par Hicham, a vraiment marqué les enfants. La voiture reste indispensable. En ce qui nous concerne, nous avions opté pour Najm Car à Marrakech qui nous a proposé un service impeccable. Vraiment, nous recommandons cet inoubliable endroit dans une région magnifique. Nous souhaitons bonne continuation aux heureux propriétaires et qu’ils sachent garder l’endroit tel quel, sans être tenté par trop d’extension qui dénaturerait le lieu (cf constructions à proximité).

Hidden Gem!
My husband, myself and my three year old daughter stayed here for four nights. We were given a grand welcome and felt very much like being welcomed home by family. Laurence made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and was very accommodating. We did not rent a car and so Laurence arranged for a taxi to take us on a tour for one day where we did a camel ride and toured a lake near by. On another day Laurence herself dropped us off and picked us up at Amizmiz to get a taxi into Marrakech - way above and beyond. We did a day tour to the berber village(s) with Hicham which was amazing. The staff at the Dar was incredible and very child friendly. The food was excellent, delivered to our villa and we thought priced very well. The community surrounding the Dar was also incredibly to drink in, my daughter made fast friends with the family next door. The views surrounding this place were breathtaking. While we were there the poppies were in bloom mixed with green wheat against brilliant blue sky and snow capped mountains We highly recommend this rental and would love to return one day.

Fantastisch. Aanrader
Heerlijke tijd gehad bij Laurence en haar team. Fantastisch verblijf, prachtig zwembad, lekker eten van Fatima en de behulpzaamheid van iedereen. Amizmiz is een leuk dorp - probeer de markt op dinsdag mee te pikken. Ga absoluut ook een dag met Latifa de gids mee. De bergen in. Top! Onze 3 kids (8, 10, 11) vinden het waanzinnig!

Excellent rapport qualité prix
Séjour très agréable. L'accueil des propriétaires est très sympathique, le personnel est serviable et attachant. Le cadre est magnifique, la décoration de la maison est typique et soignée. Le Hammam privé est très agréable, bien chaud, avec gommage et massage. La demi-pension est copieuse et délicieuse avec toute sorte de tajines. Lieu incontournable pour découvrir cette région authentique et de toute beauté.

Formidable Séjour à Dar Achorafa
Séjour merveilleux au "Dar Achorafa", où le temps s'est suspendu , aux milles couleurs des chemins du Haut Atlas - Hicham et Laurence nous ont réservé un accueil des plus chaleureux - petits déjeuners copieux , cuisine équilibrée et délicieuse - un compromis parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir le Maroc authentique et Nature , se balader dans les villes proches (Amizmiz, Marrakech, Essaouira) - Le hammam est fantastique, bien chaud, à vapeur, les massages extras...nous reviendrons. Un véritable havre de paix au cœur des montagnes
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de Noël a dar achorafa. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien : de l'accueil adorable de Laurence et hicham aux massages et au hammam absolument divin. L'endroit se prête bien aux grandes promenades dans les petits villages des montagnes. Je le conseille a tout ceux qui souhaite découvrir le Maroc autrement. Le Maroc authentique. Merci.

Calme et authenticité
Après 10 jours entre Marrakech et Essaouira, on a adoré se poser ici et découvrir un autre rythme et un autre environnement. C'est calme, paisible et les environs sont magnifiques. La prochaine fois on se gardera plus de jours dans ce coin. Les enfants ont adoré les ballades en ânes, les villages berbères, la nature. Et le chien de Laurence! Bonne continuation et à bientôt.

thypique authentique calme et dépaysant
c'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette maison traditionnelle simple mais confortable, nous étions donc satisfait du premier et nous sommes tout aussi enchanté du deuxième car nous avons retrouvé une équipe très sympathique toujours prête à répondre à nos demandes et nous avons découvert d'autres facettes de ce lieux et des environs qui sont très beaux avec le contact de la nature et de ses habitants loin des lieux touristiques comme nous le souhaitions, nous étions 8 avec 5 enfants qui se sont éclatés par les jeux et le contact avec les enfants du village et également avec les ballades accompagnées de guides très compétents et disponibles. nous espérons y retourner d'autres fois

QUE DU BONHEUR !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (2 adultes, 2 enfants de 3 et 7 ans) magique et enrichissant : que de belles rencontres (merci Laurence et Hicham pour ces grands moments d'authenticité et de partage !) , une équipe chaleureuse et aux petits soins , merci à Jawad pour sa gentillesse , à Fatima pour sa très bonne cuisine Que de bon souvenirs : ballades à dos d'âne, découverte des villages berbères et de ses habitants et loin des sentiers touristiques ! quel partage , vivement cet été que l'on retrouve ce petit coin de paradis ou le temps semble s'être arrêté pour notre plus grand bonheur !

Partis en famille (2 adultes et 4 enfants bas âge) nous avons découvert un lieu rempli de magie, des personnes d'une grande humanité et un confort simple pour se reposer et profiter de la Nature. Merci Hicham et Laurence et bonjour à toute l'équipe. A bientôt.
