Villa Unlimited 1 This truly magnificent, 5 bedroomed Villa with a heated pool is pure luxury. Situated in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan with superb sea views from all rooms and terraces. The villa is large with high vaulted ceilings and impressive huge vertical windows to flood the open plan living areas.

Outside the pool is larger than most at approximately 20 metres long, has a children’s pool and a Jacuzzi pool. The surrounding terraces have plenty of sun loungers for relaxing

Ground Floor
The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area features floor to ceiling windows and the open gallery in the middle that make the most of the great views and allow light to flood into the property. The modern kitchen is equipped with top quality appliances such as a large fridge-freezer, built in oven and microwave, gas hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The dining area seats 10 guests. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a flats screen TV and DVD player. Also, on the ground floor of Unlimited 1, is a double En-suite bedroom with direct access to the poolside terrace.

First Floor
The whole of the first floor is dedicated to more bedrooms. A double en-suite with jacuzzi bath in the bedroom, a further double en-suite and a twin en-suite.

Top Floor
On the top floor of Unlimited 1 is the remaining bedroom, a double en-suite with furnished terrace including jacuzzi

Outside
This is where the whole family will really enjoy themselves. There is the jacuzzi pool which is split level from the main pool with glass frontage. Sit here with your favourite tipple and gaze out across Kalkan and to sea. The main pool is heated and a good size at 12m x 5m approx., surround by plenty of terrace for sunbathing, relaxing on the sofa and chairs, or under the gazebo. There is also table tennis for the more active, plus a BBQ and dining table to seat 12.
