The 45m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, wellness centre, horse riding, harbour and many water activities.
when you book more then 3 persons you or the kids can sleep in a very nice caravan. in the house is enouph space to have your breakfast and chill.

Included with a Balistyle Hottub stoked on wood with fresh water (included)
Bus 382 stops in front of the door.
Ruigoord (see below), is 6min away.
You’ll love our place because of the Bali-style design. We have an outdoor swimming pool and 2 trampolines. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

If you book for more then 3 persons you book as exrta a caravan to sleep.. Perfect for the kids. They love it.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt über Silvester
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen in einem Naturschutzgebiet. Bei gutem Wetter kann man gut spazieren gehen. Der Flugverkehr ist hörbar. Schöne Einrichtung, eher einfach insgesamt, aber schön und wohnlich. Der Außenbereich sieht super aus, wir konnten Pool und Whirlpool aber leider wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen
Insgesamt war alles okey, wir waren viel im Haus, einpaar Kleinigkeiten gab es schon. Die Lage war ein bisschen abgelegen. Mit dem Auto ist aber alles schnell erreichbar. Im großen und ganzen waren wir in den 2 Tagen dort zufrieden.

Wunderschönes Appartement mit perfektem Gastgeber!
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wunderschön individuell eingerichtet. Marcel ist der perfekte Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend, lustig und immer für einen da. Die Terrasse liegt sehr schön im Grünen und man kann dort herrlich frühstücken. Pool, Fahrräder, sogar ein Roller standen zu unserer Verfügung! Marcel versorgt einen mit Kaffee und Essen, so dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Man kommt von dort sehr schnell an den Strand und nach Amsterdam. Nur die Nähe zum Flughafen hat etwas genervt. Sonst war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Cozy place to stay and explore from.
We are a family of 4 from Canada, and this was such a lovely place to stay and explore the area including Amsterdam. It was very easy to hop in the train. The guesthouse was clean and very cutely decorated. Marcel was very accommodating and kind. We didn't have much time to visit him because we were so busy, but he checked in with us frequently. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful home, perfect host, perfect stay!
I stayed with three friends in Marcel's place and although it felt a bit of long way from the city at first, Marcel couldn't have done any more to make us feel at home! It was also great to be able to use the bikes and escape the city a bit to the Beach! You can tell the apartment had alot of love and care put into the refurbishment and we couldn't of asked for more! Thank you so much Marcel, we hope to see you again soon :)

Why they chose this property

Because it's in the middle of the green... in the forest of amsterdam, velsen and ijmuiden. It's a beautiful place to play Golf, Go to the beach, Snowboard (indoor) Swim, walk enjoy the nature. There are also 34 event in Spaarnwoude. All different. Dance Valley, Lattin Valley, Dutch Valley, Sensation... etc etc.
