This luxurious well appointed one bedroom condominium is located at the Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort and Spa in an exclusive part of Montego Bay. It has its own private beach.

Imagine the pristine white sand beaches of the Caribbean, cradled by lush tropical mountains and the warm ocean air, and you will picture the property. On the northeast coast of Jamaica, in picturesque and world-renowned Montego Bay, this elegant luxury property welcomes you to cast away from the world and escape to paradise.

A large private terrace is the perfect place to relax in the morning with a steaming cup of coffee, or the evening with a cool cocktail.

There are 3 world-class golf courses just minutes away...White Witch, Cinnamon Hill, and Half Moon.

Guests have full access to the Resort grounds with onsite fitness facility, large swimming pool, white sandy private beach, secure underground car parking, 24 hour security, lobby concierge from 7am until 7pm daily.

Daily use of beach/pool towels, sun loungers and cushions, are complimentary. The condominium can be serviced by housekeeping between 8am and 5pm for a small fee and onsite engineering services can be requested via the lobby concierge.

The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with necessary cooking utensils.

On check in you pay a one time fee of US$50 for the departure housekeeping clean.

The place is nice but the unit needs some updates. Had issues with washer and dryer. Couldn't quite figure those out and also issues with bugs. Look like roaches, we havethose bugs in arizona but they only come out in the summer we call em sewer roaches, other than that is was nice

Perfect Tropical Vacation!
We loved our stay at this property! The Jewel Grande is a beautiful 4 star resort and although we didn’t participate in the all-inclusive option, we had access to all of the restaurants, bars, and amenities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We appreciated bar service on the beach and at the pool. Our unit was on the first floor with great access to everything. The condo was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. We had no issues during our stay and the host was easy to communicate with before and during the trip. He arranged for airport pick up with a stop at the grocery store. So helpful! Our favorite spots were under the palapa on the beach, the Pelican grill, and The Pier restaurant. So many things to choose from!

The unit was great and the property managers were very responsive!
Everything was as expected! The unit was quiet and very comfortable. I had a minor maintenance need and contacted the owners.. They responded immediately to my request and resolved the issue. The furnishings were very comfortable and I really loved staying there! Will definitely stay there again!

ASTOUNDING!! TEN STARS!!
If you haven’t been here you are missing out!! We visited here for our anniversary. Island views were unbelievable…they almost didn’t even look real!! Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had Everything we need, And I do mean EVERYTHING!! They gave us a special anniversary dessert and all. Transportation was the classiest I have ever seen!! Rooms were super clean. The pictures doesn’t do this resort any justice. And last but not least the food was amazing. I am a chef so it’s hard to satisfy me so I was delighted to be content with the island dining selections they had to offer. I appreciate the host checking up on us from the beginning of my stay until the end. I had a wonderful experience. Cant wait to go back!! Definitely deserves a five star and THEM SOME!!

Construction site
Every morning I woke up to the sounds of drills and banging from the construction in the unit next door. Followed by taking a hot shower and the water don't stay hot longer than 3 mins. Waking up to puddles of water in the bedroom and living room for 3 days due to a leak from the 4th floor . Which caused the unit to smell awful. Followed by waking up to no power no notice that the electricity would be shut off from 8am-8pm . To having to carry my valuables around with me because the safe didn't work to it being fixed and still not working. Those were my main problems. The Resort is overall a very beautiful scenic place that's clearly under the construction

Vacationing in Jamaica
Stayed 5 weeks at the Palmyra this February, 2016. For once the photos did it justice and there were no unpleasant surprises. The condo was very clean and the king size bed was just firm enough for a good night's sleep. We always found the staff very helpful and friendly. Judith, our host even provided us with some kitchen utensils, so we could do a little home cooking. The pool was awesome and slightly cooler than the ocean. They opened the pool bar our last few days there; however I suggest you check with the owner if they have kept it open. The Palmyra is just outside of Montego Bay and has little in the way of restaurants or stores near by. For this reason we used the local "Yellow Bus" for the 1st week at a cost of about 80 cents U.S. per ride to go into the city. The bus stop is a short walk form the condo and often times a route taxi will pick up passengers and for few dollars they will take you to your destination. Later, we decided to rent a car for longer trips to Negril and Ochoa Rios. Remember, they drive on the left side and this is not for the faint of heart. All in all, we had a great and relaxing time with many fond memories.

AWESOME QUIETNESS
I SO ENJOYED MY STAY AND YES I SHALL STAY AGAIN. I SO ENJOYED THE QUIETNESS. THE CONDO IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. THE POOL WAS CLEAN AND THE GROUNDS WERE WELL KEPT. THE UNDERGROUND PARKING WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. SECURITY IS TOP NOTCH. THE SEA/ BEACH AREA IS WHY I GAVE 4 STARS. THERE WAS SO MUCH SEA KELP OR SEA DOLLARS, BY THE SHORELINE. I DO UNDERSTAND WHY BUT THE FACT REMAINS. ALSO ONE OTHER NOTE IS THE VEGETATION OFF THE BEDROOM WINDOW NEEDS MANICURING. THE ONLY VIEW FROM THE WINDOW IS THAT OF THE LEAVES, THAT LAY ON THE WINDOW ITSELF. OVERALL MY STAY WAS HOME AWAY FROM HOME AND I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED IT TO MANY OTHERS. Perfection
Let me begin by confirming that this condo is BEAUTIFUL. It is quiet and perfect for a romantic getaway. The condo has high ceilings and the bedroom is sexy and luxurious. The shower and bathtub will blow your mind. I had a difficult time deciding if I wanted to spend my time indoors or outdoors! The condo has a great outdoor patio that opens to the pool and is a VERY short walk to the private beach. The beach has beautiful white sand and the bluest water (why wouldn't it though, it's Jamaica). The hotel will supply you with beach towels (I was very happy with this as I had forgotten to pack some). The concierge was very accommodating. I will be making many future trips to Montego Bay and specifically renting THIS UNIT. Judith, the property manager is great. Prior to my arrival, she sent me a summary of things to do in Montego Bay based off my interests. She could not have been more spot on with her suggestions. She also arranged to have a driver pick me up from the airport. The driver took me to the supermarket and to a restaurant to purchase cooked food. He also served as our personal driver, making sure to stay with us until we were ready to leave, even staying with us at a nightclub until the wee hours in the morning. I am grateful that Judith suggested we get a driver as opposed to navigating the streets on our own. I am even more grateful that Judith has relationships with reliable, accommodating and cheap drivers to assist with our stay. Rent this condo, you will be pleased with your selection.

The Condo was everything that I expected. The facility was fantastic but could use a little bit more work. The awesome part about the facility is you do not have to fight for place; beach and pool are pretty much empty at all time. The concierge staff is really awesome! Very accommodating; even told me my rental car lights were on.

Vacation Getaway
Great place to go for a quiet vacation. Not a lot going on at the resort. If you want a quiet getaway this is the place. Leaving the property for drinks and food is a little expensive, so bring extra cash for taxis and tours! I do believe the resort will opening a bar with food in June which is a plus!

Relaxing in Jamaica
Wonderful, quiet location. We basically had the beach and pool to ourselves. You don't have to wake up in the wee hours of the morning to claim a pool or beach chair here! We rented a car so we could see things that were off the beaten path. The car gave us the freedom we were looking for - we did use a restaurant shuttle from the hotel once to get us to the hip strip - I can see how these would be very convenient. Taxis are quite expensive. The grocery store is only about a 5 minute drive from The Palymyra, but the taxi fare was going to be $10 each way. If you are looking for more freedom, the car rental saved us money in the long run as there were four of us and all the excursion prices we looked at were per person. The condo had a beautiful, comfortable king sized bed. The linens were lovely! Having a washer and dryer were a great asset to the condo. The staff at the Palymyra were friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic vacation.
