Near the American beach, very beautiful contemporary house architecture Arcachon basin of 3 bedrooms, terraced on one side (not overlooked), on a fenced, wooded and landscaped plot of 500 m2 with swimming pool and wooden terrace.

Entrance with cupboard, WC, living room with TV lounge area, dining area and fitted US kitchen, large wooden terrace with stairs to garden and pool access.

Vacances parfaites
La maison de Mr Turon est très agréable à vivre, joliment décorée, et très lumineuse. Les chambres en bas conservent leur fraîcheur ce qui n’est pas négligeable. La maison est très bien située. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne la circulation sur la route en contre bas auquel on s’habitue vite malgré tout. Un point supplémentaire pour l’accueil et la réactivité de Mr David.

Die Macht der Bilder
Leider entsprach das Objekt überhaupt nicht dem, was die Bilder auf der Seite von Fewo-Direkt suggerierten: Es handelt sich bei dem Haus um eine Doppelhaushälfte, das direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt und entsprechend laut ist. Neben dem Straßenlärm war im Nachbarhaus, lediglich getrennt durch eine Holzwand an der Veranda, eine große Gruppe junger Leute, die ihren nächtlichen Kneipengang mit viel Musik und Alkohol vorbereiteten. Bei der Ankunft, die wir telefonisch mit genauer Uhrzeit angekündigt hatten, war niemand da. Das Haus stand offen und der Schlüssel lag im Flur. Im Haus herrschten eine feucht-stockige Atmosphäre und ein unangenehmer Geruch. Unten in einem kleinen Gästeklo hatte der Gastgeber seine Weinflaschen rechts und links der Toilette gelagert. Ein absurder bis ekelerregender Anblick! In den beiden Badezimmern (fensterlos) war überall Schimmel zu finden. Wir haben dies mit Fotos dokumentiert und auch Fewo-Direkt und dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, leider ohne Ergebnis und ohne ein erkennbares Entgegenkommen. Ich bin allergisch gegen Schimmel und habe deshalb die Nacht im Garten verbracht. Wir haben das Haus am nächsten Tag verlassen, weil ein Verbleib für mich nicht möglich war und haben mit viel Glück (und viel Geld) ein Haus unten in 44 ha gemietet. Die Kommunikation von Seiten des Vermieters war sehr unfreundlich und uneinsichtig. Mit einer Erstattung ist definitiv nicht zu rechnen und auf einen Rechtsstreit habe ich keine Lust. Also Fazit für mich und meine Frau: Um dieses Haus den größten möglichen Bogen machen! Selten so viel Geld für Nichts ausgegeben!

Maison à fuire absolument ! Sale, très bruyant, sans aucun rapport avec le prix
Cette maison est sale, vieille, pas entretenue, et située sur la route principale du cap ferret et donc très bruyante. Difficile de se détendre dehors avec un passage incessant de voitures de jour comme de nuit et les voisins mitoyens. Quant à la maison elle même, je ne sais que dire, tellement elle est sale (plancha indigne qui doit avoir 10 ans et jamais nettoyée), tout eet daté, dans son jus et rien n est entretenu. La literie est une honte absolue. Je précise que je loue tous les ans des maisons à des prix similaires et que je suis moi même propriétaire de biens que je loue, j ai donc un peu d expérience. Enfin certaines maisons à côté sont plus grandes et moins cheres. Bref fuyez, cette location est vraiment indigne.

Maison conforme à l'annonce. Proche plages côté bassin (plage des américains accessible à pied au milieu des pins) et côté océan (plage avec spot et école de surf)

Très grosse déception.
Au mois d'Aout, le prix de la location à la semaine est égal au prix d'un séjour d'une semaine dans un palace 5 étoiles parisien. Je ne m'attendais évidement pas à résider dans une maison offrant les services d'un palace mais j'ai été très décu par 1) l'emplacement de la maison au bord d'une route très bruyante 2) l'odeur persistante et gênante d'humidité dans la maison 3) les salles de bains sans fenêtres 3) les joints noirs des salles de bain 4) le mobilier désuet .... et quelques autres griefs qui ne correspondent définitivement pas au niveau de prestation attendu.

Der Perfekte Urlaubsort und Haus/Le lieu de vacances idéal et la maison
Wir haben es genossen in Cap Ferret zu sein und mit dem Haus hatten wir ein Glücksgriff gehabt. Es war perfekt für den Urlaub Einrichtung, Grill, Pool und Garten. Werden bestimmt wieder einmal dieses Haus für einen Urlaub Buchen. Nous avons aimé être au Cap Ferret et avoir eu un coup de chance avec la maison. C'était parfait pour la décoration de vacances, barbecue, piscine et jardin. Assurez-vous de réserver cette maison à nouveau pour des vacances.

Très belle région, même sous la pluie !
Déçue par les prestations de la maison. La piscine, non entretenue et non sécurisée à été hors d usage pendant tout le séjour. L'usure du barbecue ne nous incite pas l utiliser, les chambres sont petites....
