One bedroom with bunk (twin bunk over full sized bed and trundle twin bed underneath) sleeping up to 4, including large built in wardrobes, flat screen TV and DVD player. Jack and Jill bathroom between these two bedrooms with bath and shower over, basin in large vanity unit and toilet.

Keep the kids (of all ages) happy in our fantastic games room. Complete with pool table, air hockey, dartboard, TV and X-Box. For our very young guests you will find a high chair, bed-guard, stroller, travel cot/playpen, baby monitor.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine on our extremely private pool/spa deck or for those preferring shade there is a covered lanai. Table and chairs to seat 6 (+ 2 stools). 4 sun loungers and pool towels are provided. Pool/spa heat available if required ($35 /£27 per night). Enjoy relaxing evenings whilst sitting or dining by the pool, which can be illuminated. The pool/deck area has covered screening to keep the pool clean and the bugs out.

Our home is suitable for the elderly and infirm. There is one step to the porch at the front of the villa and a small step down from the patio doors to the lanai.

Highgate Park is centrally located with a Publix grocery store within a 5 minute drive (in Berry Town Center) on Highway 27 and for the larger shopping needs there is a Super Walmart less than 5 miles from the home. In both these shopping areas you will find restaurants and take away available. If you are looking for more choices take a quick drive up Highway 192 W where there is an abundance of choices - Carrabba’s, Outback, Bonefish, TGI Friday’s etc.

Please note: A minimum period of rental applies throughout the year of 4 nights. Exceptions to this apply at peak times where the minimum during Christmas is 7 nights. Periods of less than 4 nights may be accepted to fill small gaps in our availability calendar. Please email us to check.
Cleaning fee of $135/£105 will be applied to all bookings of 14 nights or less.
