About this property

Small farmhouse, renovated with swimming pool. Inserted in a naturalistic context of rare beauty, located on top of a hill in the Upper Valdarno between Florence and Arezzo, it enjoys an extraordinary view of the Chianti hills. Completely independent, with a beautiful front lawn, and a suggestive equipped pergola, it is part of an ancient peasant settlement, completely restored, which includes two other independent houses. Excellent base for visiting the most popular tourist destinations in Tuscany and Central Italy, strategic location for lovers of good food and good wine. Numerous good restaurants nearby and wineries. In summer, outdoor parties are organized in the ancient villages based on local products. The house consists of a very panoramic bedroom, a kitchen, a small bathroom and a very suggestive outdoor area with a pergola equipped for eating and relaxing. For sports lovers I recommend the numerous riding stables in the area, Ugolino golf in Florence, tennis courts in Loro Ciuffenna, the Equestrian Center of Arezzo, and for more relaxing activities the Rapolano thermal baths and walks in the fresh woods of the nearby Casentino. From the taste of tradition it is easy to switch to the all-Italian taste for fashion: numerous outlets nearby and the direct sale of the Prada factory 15 km away.

Quelle déception de découvrir à notre arrivée que ces belles photos nous

Logement parfait si vous êtes amateurs de nuits d'été étouffantes sous le toit, dans une cabane toscane, avec une toute petite cuisine lumineuse comme une grotte , un lavabo improvisé dans l'évier de la cuisine (parce quil n'y a pas de salle de bain ),une piscine aussi fréquentée que la piscine municipale Envahie d insectes, un logement si exigu que vous devez ranger votre valise dans votre voiture pendant le séjour pour pouvoir circuler à minima dans le logement. Par contre la propriétaire a un vrai talent de photographe et de communication pour embellir son bien. Quel talent!

À magic location in the middle of Toscane

Of course some détails where not on the top level but we enjoyed an Wonderfull property on top the hill whit no neibourghood excepted the Farmer in charge of maintenance and olive œil and wine supply. The place is at an average distance from Sienne and Florence ans they are plenty of tipics restaurants. To summarize à place to advice.

Aus der Anzeige geht nicht wirklich hervor, dass es eine komplette Ferienanlage ist.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, ruhigen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Der Garten ist sehr weitläufig und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, allerdings darf man keine Angst vor Krabbeltieren haben, die sich doch immer wieder ins Haus verirren.

Tolle Aussicht

Das Objekt hat eine wunderbare Lage, die Vermieterin ist freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr ist hilfreich. Die Anfahrt ist ein wenig mühselig, aber das ist nicht entscheidend. Das war es dann aber auch auf der Haben-Seite: ansonsten ist es für unsere mitteleuropäische Verwöhntheit im Haus viel zu dunkel, zu muffig, zu wenig sauber. Die Einrichtung ist - vorsichtig ausgedrückt - eine Zumutung: Toilette im Schlafzimmer, nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt. Die Küche so dunkel, dass man auch bei Sonnenschein das Licht anmachen muss. Kein vernünftiger Stuhl im ganzen Haus. Hölzerne Durchgangstür ins Schlafzimmer nur für Menschen bis max. 1,82 m Körperhöhe, für Größere gibt es schon mal schmerzhafte Berührungen mit dem Türrahmen. TV-Gerät kaputt, zugehörige Fernbedienung mit ausgelaufenen Batterien. Der einzige Teppich im Haus voller weißer Hundehaare. Und so weiter, und so fort. Kurzum: nichts, was nach Wiederkommen verlangt.

Toller Ausblick in besonderer Umgebung

Das Objekt ist ganz besonders, alte Gemäuer, wunderbare Anlage von 4 Häusern und einen tollen großen Pool. Absolute Ruhe und nahezu ein Park und Wald rundherum.

Peaceful paradise in Tuscany

We had a wonderful time in this little house with a cooling swimming pool and a beautiful green surrounding. Loro Ciuffenna is located in the middle of Tuscany where you can reach nice small cities, Lago Trasimeno, Sienna or Firenze easily by car. Lucia is there for any questions you have and we can highly recommend this beautiful place! :-)

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Haus ist auf einem Berg gelegen und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Gegend. Für zwei Personen bietet es ausreichend Platz, eine Erfrischung im Pool tut am Morgen oder nach einem Tagesausflug in das toskanische Umland am Abend sehr gut.

We had two fantastic and quiet weeks

Lucia was a great host, she was always kind and tried her best to help as soon as possible, if needed! We even got a bigger accommodation for no extra cost! The place is wonderful and very quiet, as we hoped. We had a great stay and would always go back!

Perfectly secluded from the world

This property is situated up a very long stone lane. The lengthy journey up this steep hill is rewarded at the end with sensational views across the vine strewn valley with clear sight of Arrezzo in the distance. The house is perfectly appointed and the pool area is equally well situated to enjoy a few lazy hours. I have no issue recommending this property to anyone.
