You must reserve and pay for your rental through this website. ALL TAXES ARE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF YOUR FIRST PAYMENT. You can receive a quote, book your desired dates and pay for the rental at the same time. Please note that we can accommodate up to 6 guests, but we do not permit more than 4 adults! This building does not have an elevator and there are steps leading to the second level.

A very much-overlooked part of the booking process begins with VRBO not sharing any booking information with the owners, and rightfully so due to privacy issues; therefore, we require the renter to provide their home address, home phone (if applicable), and cell phone number within 24 hours of receipt of our request of this information so we can prepare the rental agreement for your signature and a copy returned for filing. The rental process is not complete until the rental agreement process is completed! Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this extremely important phase of the rental process.

Dogs under 50# are permitted, but the following breeds are not accepted under any circumstances: Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Wolf Hybrids, and any dog trained to guard persons or property. When walking your dog outside the unit, it must be kept under control and on a leash no longer than 7 feet in length!

This beautifully appointed and spacious two bedroom, two bath, second floor condo is located within the Barefoot Resort. There is a great view of the 6th fairway and green on the Greg Norman Golf Course from the screened porch. The Barefoot Resort offers the best of all worlds with regard to its beauty and amenities. It boasts 4 championship golf courses and driving range for the golf enthusiast, nearby Atlantic Ocean for beach lovers, and you are within steps of the Barefoot Landing where you can enjoy great shopping, exciting restaurants, the Alabama Theater, and the largest House of Blues in the United States.

We are also near Broadway at The Beach, Myrtle Beach Mall, Coastal Grand Mall, two outlet malls, and the Myrtle Beach International Airport. Children may enjoy a visit to the Alligator Adventure at Barefoot Landing, Ripley's Aquarium at Broadway at the Beach, or one of our many miniature golf courses.

This well maintained condo offers a king size bed in the master bedroom with a 3" poly foam pad for your comfort. The master bedroom has a full size private bath and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, and the living room sofa converts to a queen size bed. There is a second full bath in the hall between the guest bedroom and the living/dining area. We also offer two comfortable recliners in the living area for your comfort.

In addition to previously mentioned features, our posted rental rates include all taxes and departure cleaning fee. Bed sheets/blankets, towels, wash cloths, hand towels, beach towels, kitchen towels, kitchen and bathroom rugs, 2 hair dryers, hand and bath soap, bathroom tissue, dish soap, and counter cleaner are furnished for your comfort and convenience. Free shuttle service (seasonal) is available to the beach .... there is a schedule in the condo for the convenience of our guests. We also provide a few necessary items such as coffee, artificial sweetener, dish washer soap and laundry soap in a welcome basket to help you begin enjoying your vacation immediately.

There are no keys to bother with when you arrive. The door combination will be provided after the reservation process which includes a rental agreement is complete, and well in advance of your arrival. No motorcycles, motor homes, or trailers of any kind are permitted on the premises. This unit is designed for families ..... more than FOUR adults will normally require a second condo. A security deposit is required, but VRBO does not withhold the $400.00 deposit; rather, we reserve the right to collect that amount should there be damage to the unit or content. One pet is permitted, but it should not exceed 50#, ONLY 7-NIGHT RENTALS AVAILABLE FROM THE SATURDAY BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY, AND ENDS ON THE FRIDAY FOLLOWING LABOR DAY. OFF SEASON PERMITS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT ANY DAY OF THE WEEK, AND WE REQUIRE A 3-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
