Are you shopping for the perfect location for your family's vacation, girls weekend, scalloping or fishing trip? If so, look no further! With a heated pool, kayaks, four full bedrooms and two full baths, Casa Del Sol checks all the boxes. If your idea of a dream vacation is kicking back and relaxing by the pool, playing with the Manatees, kayaking or limiting out on Red Fish and Scallops, then your quest is over.

Located just below King's Bay on a deep-water lagoon, Casa Del Sol is in one of the few neighborhoods in Crystal River that legally allows short term vacation rentals. Our upscale neighborhood consists of several small islands just off the main river. For kayakers, we are a 30 minute paddle to Three Sister's or Hunter Springs. Don’t have a kayak. No worries, we provide four kayaks for your use. The islands around our home are a kayaker's dream where it is common to encounter dolphin, sea turtles and manatees. Our area is quiet and peaceful unlike the touristy Spring area. For boaters and fishermen, our home is just five houses off the main channel on a deep-water lagoon. We are below the "No Wake Zones" found on Kings Bay - without bridges, tide concerns or long boring canal rides to the main channel or gulf. There's a 24' floating boat dock with whips that will accommodate two boats. We also have a fish cleaning station with lights, electricity and running water. There are two boat launches within five minutes of the house. By car, we are located just off Fort Island Trail half-way between Crystal River and Fort Island Trail Beach.

Casa Del Sol is our personal vacation home. When it came time to decorating, we went for a fun, upbeat Caribbean vibe complete with mermaid and octopus bedrooms, and a great bar area all in tropical shades of coral, citron and teal. The home has four full bedrooms (3 King Beds and 2 Twin Beds) and two custom designed bathrooms. The master bath has a large, beautifully appointed, walk-in shower, double sinks and separate water closet.

We put careful consideration into every element of our home. We designed, stocked and furnished the home with our guests in mind. From first-aid kits to beach towels, we have tried to think of everything you might need, and we don't skimp on quantity or quality. Our maintenance team and cleaning staff are fantastic. If something breaks, we fix it, and the home is spotless. We have high standards, and we believe in treating our guests as we would want to be treated on our vacation. For additional guests, pull the pillows off the couch in the living room and it makes into a double bed. A Queen Air Mattress is also provided.

The main living room has a 50" Flat Screen Smart TV and DVD player, book lending library, DVD's and large overstuffed couch and chair.

The pub room has a unique beverage bar made from reclaimed wood from South America that seats four on leather bar stools and a pub table that seats an additional four.

The family room has a game cabinet, and 32" flat screen TV.

The master bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV.

The kitchen is well stocked with dishes for 12, a host of small appliances including a deep fryer, crock pot, blender, and plenty of pots, pans, serving bowls and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining room has a dining table that seats six.

The home has Wi-Fi and Streaming ROKU TV.

At Casa Del Sol you can fish and watch manatees from the private boat dock. If you enjoy fishing, trout, snapper, cobia and redfish are abundant in the area. Professional guides are available for fishing excursions. Kayakers can pack a snack, board the kayaks - provided with your rental - and head for Three Sister's Spring - for a day of sight-seeing and Manatee watching. Manatees frequent our cove and can be seen from the dock along with other area wildlife. At the end of the day relax by the pool. Whatever you decide to do during your stay, you and your family are sure to go home with lifelong memories from your stay at Casa Del Sol - our home in the sun!
