Inside the 80sqm holiday home the spacious internal layout boasts a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, with an open plan L-shaped living room ideal for relaxing and entertaining, with a cosy and comfortable sitting area featuring a flat screen TV with WIFI access and a family friendly kitchen diner with ample dining for up to 6.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the desired appliances including an electric hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.

Stairs lead from the living area to the upstairs accommodation which comprises 2 spacious bedrooms each furnished with double beds and enjoying exposed romantic slanted beamed ceilings. Each bedroom is further decorated in warm and sumptuous hues to provide the perfect ambience for unwinding in after a day’s skiing on the slopes.

The master bedroom also enjoys direct access out to a private balcony which provides the ideal spot from which to read a book or enjoy a morning coffee; with far reaching mountain views to serve as a picturesque and unspoilt backdrop!

Inside the holiday home the principal modern fitted bathroom features a bath tub with overhead shower cable and a washbasin with WC and bidet. A second modern bathroom fitted with a power shower is also conveniently provided to the property and guests also have access to a heated Ski boot and equipment storage area.

A private garage may also be used by guests during their stay and the wide selection of resort facilities and amenities are within easy reach of the ski chalet apartment.

Livigno boasts a fantastic range of cafes, bars and restaurants and the nightlife is equally vibrant and diverse with live music venues, wine bars and night clubs all located for guests’ enjoyment.
