About this property

Sunbird Condominiums now fully open. The condos have been newly roofed, new decking, pools all updated. The unit has recently been completely remodeled with all new floors, updated kitchen and bath. Kitchen has been renovated with all new cabinets, countertops and new appliances. The Bathroom has been updated with a walk in tile shower, new floors and new vanity. Bedroom and bunks have new mattresses.
This unit is located on the desirable 6th floor with great views and privacy. Building has a total of 12 floors so there are no long elevator lines or waiting.

Perfect for couples or families!
The Sunbird is centrally located in Panama City Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and most importantly just steps away from the beach. Unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with king bed in bedroom and a bunk bed area in living room. Living room has a new 55 inch tv and bedroom has a mounted flat screen tv as well.

This is a gated family friendly condo. There are 3 swimming pools one of which is heated November through March. There are barbecue grills located next to two of the pools. Complex offers a workout facility and a laundry room located on first floors by elevators.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT THIS UNIT. NO
PETS ALLOWED. The person who rents unit is responsible for the unit and must reside in the unit for the entire stay. No subletting allowed, you may not rent this unit for someone else. These are HOA rules and if not followed you will be asked to leave the premises with NO refund.

Additional fees upon arrival are parking pass and arm bands.

Spring Break Stay

We were in PCB for a sporting event at nearby Publix Sports Complex. Location of the property made for an easy commute to the complex and was also a very nice location on the beach. Great view from the balcony. Gated parking lot and plenty of parking available onsite. Restaurants nearby. Unit was as described. Communication with owners was great.

It was absolutely perfect. BEST BEACH VACATION YET!! It was very clean. Beds very comfortable, modern beach design. The location is very accommodating from quick access to pool, elevator, parking, beach, swing, and next to pineapple willys.

Best Spring Break Vacation

The pictures do not do the condo justice! It is absolutely beautiful, super clean and the location is perfect! It is with in walking distance to everything you could want to do. The owner was amazing and super easy to get in contact with. The gated community is a huge plus! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. Location was wonderful. Condo was perfect for 4, (2 adults/2 teen boys). Enjoyed walking to attractions, incredible meal @ Firefly, refillable deals at Pineapple Willy's (cups in condo). Hosts/owner were very gracious, accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Loved having chair service!!

Beautiful Condo!

Amanda was awesome answering any questions I had during our stay. The condo was decorated beautifully and was probably the cleanest of any place we have ever stayed! It had everything that we needed. Pineapple Willy's was next door - which is great for snacks and drinks, but made for a very crowded beach area. The unit requires an armband be worn during your entire stay (which is stated in the agreement) - I was okay wearing it but my husband grumbled all week long about it because it was not removable. Other than that- all was great and we enjoyed our trip! Thanks Amanda! :)

Super cute, updated and clean condo , literally steps away to the beach and Pineapple Willy’s , owner quickly responded to my questions . The views from the balcony were amazing . Also considering it was July 4 week no issues with waiting for the elevators . Basically walking distance to everything - very very pleased

Awesome place

We stayed for a month. Kitchen is very well equipped for meals and baking. Great shower and king-sized bed. Sixth floor is right on the ocean with great sunset views. The condo is immaculate and with fluffy towels, super bedding and fast internet. We could not have asked for a better place! Thank you!
