SUN AND FUN PLAYA DE LAS AMERICAS

Great triplex with a large terrace and located in a privileged place in the center of Playa de las Américas. The apartment is recommended for young people looking for sea / beach and training, this is due to the proximity to which it is Playa de las Américas and the nightlife of the Veronicas area. (It is not recommended for families with children due to the closenest to nightclubs and that can cause noise)

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen for your stay and a modern bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor you will find a wonderful terrace with barbecue and furniture to eat outdoors while enjoying the sun as well as free Wi-Fi for our clients.


Playa de las Américas, also known simply as Las Américas, is one of the population entities that make up the municipality of Arona, on the island of Tenerife, and it is one of the main tourist centers on the island.

It is also one of the places where the greatest leisure offer in the south of Tenerife comes together with bars, pubs, terraces, restaurants, and numerous nightclubs, etc. The area includes several beaches, spectacular shopping centers, promenades equipped to enjoy the views and the leisure areas that Playa de Las Américas offers.

Bien, mais petits problèmes et bruits la nuit
L'appartement était bien, sauf très bruyant le quartier la nuit jusqu'à 4 heures du matin. Les 2 premiers jours, nous avons réclamé un séche cheveux (absent, bien que prévu), un grille pain (celui présent ne fonctionnait pas), et la Wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas pendant ces 2 premiers jours. L'agence locale a répondu dans les 2 jours suivant notre arrivée

L'appartamento era molto bello, pulito e spazioso, vicino alla passeggiata mare e alla spiaggia. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico e consiglio questo appartamento ad amici che soggiornano in Playa de Las Americas. La sera la zona si popola di gente, è una zona vivace e la festa e la musica animano i locali. L' auto non è affatto necessaria, ci siamo spostati a piedi comodamente.
