This lovely detached farmhouse is located in the small scattered hamlet of Maerdy which sits between Corwen and Cerrigydrudion, in beautiful North Wales and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Maerdy Cottage is a lovely detached farmhouse located in the small scattered hamlet of Maerdy which sits between Corwen and Cerrigydrudion, in beautiful North Wales and can sleep six people in one king-size double bedroom, a double room and a twin room. There is a family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove, and a kitchen with dining area. To the outside there is ample off road parking and an enclosed patio with furniture. Maerdy Cottages is an ideal base for families or friends looking for fantastic days out and to explore the wonderful countryside of the Snowdonia National Park. Please note: this property has a minimum night requirement of three nights

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and slimline dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview (1 x Smart TV), DVD, WiFi, a small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property is part of a working livestock farm, road and nearby farm buildings used by occasional farm vehicles and livestock. Note: In one corner of the rear courtyard there are steps which form a slight drop, children to be supervised. Please note: this property has a minimum night requirement of three nights
