About this property

My apartment is on the southern waterfront and out is accessed immediately at the beach. And 'close to various restaurants and clubs that will make it even more interesting your stay. The apartment is on the ground floor facing the sea with a garden of 90 square meters on the outside where you can organize your outdoor living. I completely refurbished the apartment in May 2016, and therefore all the furnishings are new. The apartment is suitable for stays of couples and families.

Piacevole Vacanza

Accogliente appartamento dotato di ogni comfort sul lungomare con vista spiaggia, in un luogo tranquillo pieno di attrattive di ogni tipo (mercati locali, negozi, paesi medievali da visitare..). Abbiamo apprezzato la cordialità della gente del posto e in particolare del Sig. Massimo, sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza. Bella esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Meer. Lediglich eine Straße ist zu überqueren und man ist direkt am schönen Lungo Mare von Porto San Giorgio. Von der Wohnung aus, sieht man das Meer. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern eine Woche dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und neu. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht von ( Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Fön usw..) Sie liegt sehr zentral. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Der Vermieter war sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt ihn wieder zu sehen. The apartment is located directly on the sea. Only one road is to cross and you are right on the beautiful Lungo Mare of Porto San Giorgio. From the apartment, you can see the sea. We were there with our two children for a week. The apartment is very clean and new. It is everything you need. (dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.) It is very centrally located. We will come back in any case. Massimo was very, very nice and helpful. We are looking forward to see him again.

Fantastic!

A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location overlooking the sea right on the promenade. Free parking outside at this time of year. Everything you could want inside the apartment with heating and air con , wi fi, etc etc great facilities all round and included in the price. Owner and representative very friendly and only a phone call away if required. We had a great time in Porto San Giorgio even out of season (January/ February) plenty of great restaurants open, lovely weekly market in town and great walks along the beach. I would highly recommend both the apartment and Porto San Giorgio...Fantastic Le Marche!
