Schöne Wohnung, fantastische Aussicht
Die Fahrt von Sestri Levante bis zur Wohnung ist stellenweise etwas steil und eng. Dafür wird man mit einer wirklich fantastischen Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegenden Berge belohnt. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und ist mit 2 Markisen ausgestattet, die man bei Bedarf ausfahren kann. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und reichlich ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Gartenmöbel und allem was man benötigt. Giovanni ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber der uns viele Ausflugstipps gegeben hat und jederzeit für eine Auskunft bereit war. Sestri Levante ist eine lebhafte Stadt mit schönen Stränden und man kann wunderbar bummeln, essen und einkaufen. Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist nicht ganz einfach und man braucht etwas Geduld. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Bettwanzen im Schlafzimmer und andauernd bellende Hunde
An diese Ferienwohnung werde ich stets erinnert bleiben, wenn ich die Narben auf der Haut sehe, die mir die Bettwanzen durch die Bisse verursacht haben. Das nervige Jucken der Bisse während des Urlaubs ist ebenso fest in meiner Erinnerung verankert. Von Ruhe Vorort kann ebenso keine Rede sein. An das immer wieder Einsetzen des Bellens von unzähligen Hunden in der Nachbarschaft über den ganzen Tag hinweg bis in die Abendstunden hinein konnte ich mich bis zum Schluss, obwohl ich Tiere wirklich mag, nie gewöhnen. Da blieb nur die Flucht ins Umland. Aber: Die lange, sehr enge Serpentinenstraße hinunter nach Sestri Levante war immer wieder sehr nervig; hinter jeder Kurve musste bergab wie bergab mit Gegenverkehr gerechnet werden. Einkäufe erledigt man daher am besten für eine ganze Woche. Wegen des Bettwanzenterrors bot mir der Vermieter anfangs eine kleine Rückerstattung an, an die er sich dann, als es konkret wurde, nicht mehr erinnern konnte. Er schob mir dann unter, wir hätten die Plage mitgebracht, was - eindeutig - NICHT der Fall war. Gastfreundschaft und Mitgefühl für den Urlauber schaut definitiv anders aus. Kann diese Unterkunft keinesfalls weiterempfehlen!

Top Meerblick
Wir wurden nach vorheriger Absprache bis zur Ferienwohnung begleitet. Dies war sehr hilfreich, da der Weg steil und abenteuerlich auf den ersten Blick anmutete. Dort angekommen fanden wir alles sehr sauber und ordentlich vor. Der Meerblick war gigantisch toll und machte das Nichtvorhandensein einer Klimaanlage wett. Für alle die Ruhe suchen und nicht in einer Touristenhochburg wohnen wollen, ist dieses Objekt genau das Richtige. Giovanni stand uns immer telefonisch zur Verfügung und konnte bei Fragen weiterhelfen. Die Umgebung um Sestri Levante empfanden wir ein wenig schwierig aus verkehrstechnischer Sicht ( gebührenpflichtige Mautstraßen od. lange Wegzeiten mit vielen Kurven) bei Touristischen Ausflügen, sowie die Freundlichkeit der Italiener ( Englisch sprachen sie nur wenn es um Geld ging) Covidtestzentren musste man Suchen und sich mindestens 2 Tage zuvor anmelden. Der Strand an diesem Küstenabschnitt war sandig bis steinig und immer sauber. Kleine Imbisse sind vorhanden, aber ohne warmes Essen zwischen 13 und 18:00 Uhr! Die Restaurants am Abend sind schön und mit zuvor reserviertem Tisch kann man lecker essen gehen. Alles in Allem sind wir sehr erholt, trotz langer Autofahrt, aus dem Urlaub heimgekehrt und senden noch einmal liebe Grüße an Giovanni und Federico!

très belle terrasse avec vue
Très propre. Beaucoup de chiens aboyeurs aux alentours...à savoir pour ceux que ça dérange, ce qui n'est pas notre cas. Très bon séjour dans un un paysage magnifique. Cuisine très équipée en vaisselles mais avec des poêles défraichies. Accueil adorable de Fédérico nonantenaire :-))

Vue époustouflante
La route pour accéder à cette location est petite et sinueuse mais en récompense cet appartement offre une vue époustouflante sur sestri levante. Grâce à sa grande terrasse nous avons pu largement en profiter. L’appartement est spacieux, propre, dispose de toutes les commodités possibles pour passer un séjour fort agréable. Il est également bien situé pour visiter la région. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil sympathique , la disponibilité, le souci de notre confort ! Un grand merci !

Vue fantastique. Propriétaires charmants et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Appartement tres bien décoré et disposant de tout le nécessaire. Région magnifique. La seule chose qui nous a dérangée : les aboiements parfois intempestifs des nombreux chiens du village. Nous avons pourtant nous-mêmes un grand chien et sommes très tolérants. Mais là c'est vraiment excessif le soir, la nuit, tôt le matin, ... Dommage, cela pourrait être un véritable havre de paix.

Schöner Blick über Sestri Levante in sehr ruhiger Umgebung
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und erhöht an einer exponierten Stelle. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf Sestri Levante und das Meer, aber auch in die Berge. Die Anfahrt ist von Sestri Levante aus vier Kilometer über eine teilweise steile und enge, aber immer geteerte Strasse. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet und enthält das Nötigste. Das Schlafzimmer ist unter dem Dach. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und immer sehr freundlich. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Leider war ein kalter Wind, der uns die Nutzung der Terrasse nicht immer erlaubte.
