Lovely panoramic villa near the beach. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children).

The house consists of 2 bedrooms, living room and a resplendent terrace available to guests
Chia, South Sardinia destination that has just won the 5 sails and the title of the best beach according to the Blue Guide 2016 Legambiente and the Italian Touring Club. Here the dunes of the beach are drawn by the wind, the pond behind it is populated by exotic flamingos and the Spanish tower in 1600 it dominates the whole landscape and reminds us that we are in Italy and not on an island in the Caribbean Sea .
