Welcome to “Shore Thing” where it is a sure thing that you are just steps away from the beautiful beach in unit 103.

This rustic, newly renovated, one bedroom unit can sleep up to 4 or 5 guest comfortably. The private master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a brand-new comfortable mattress, and a 55” TV for your viewing pleasure. For additional guest, custom-built bunk beds are provided, which offers built in lights and outlets to charge electronic devices. Brand new mattresses are provided in the bunks, and a roll away trundle is also available if needed.

In the beautiful, completely remodeled kitchen, you will find all stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen is equip with everything you need if you decide to prepare a meal during your stay. A quaint dining room area is available, or you can sit and sip your coffee at the bar to begin your day. The living room has brand new sofa and cozy chair to watch your favorite shows on the 65” television.

Step outside on the private balcony, where you can sit and relax on comfortable high-top chairs, or rock away on the rockers! You will be spoiled because you have straight access to the beach, pool, shuffle boards, and tennis courts from your private balcony gate!

Shore Thing’s sandpiper, beach-themed unit will provide you a cozy feel and hopefully make your vacation stay wonderful and relaxing. So please come stay with us and “Let the waves hit your feet, and the sand be your seat.”

Wonderful!

We had a great time on our vacation to Destin. The condo was perfect and a super close walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and the staff at the front desk were exceptional! We will definitely be back!

It was very clean and all the furniture was top notch. The best part is walking from the balcony and straight to the beach to grab your spot with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella included in your stay. We enjoyed the beach every single day.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Different than in the Past

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was nice, again. But some of the changes made are not (in my opinion) good for the person paying a high rate for a place to stay. Smoking (I don't) but many in my group do and to have 1 small section "out of the way" is :( Next is the beach chair disaster. No longer will the attendants reserve your umbrella, instead you have to wait until 9AM to line up like a black friday sale to race to try & get an umbrella. When you have a group of more than 1 room, that can be hard. AND making the kids wait until 9 to go to the beach, torture. Why not 7? or 8? The gentlemen at the desk were above; the ladies, not so much :(

Great Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the price we paid for the condo on the beach! The property staff were very kind and courteous and helpful during our stay. We would have liked for the dry sauna to have been opened, but it is still closed due to covid. The staff set out plenty of umbrellas and beach chairs on the sunny days so we were able to get a chair even though we went out at 11:30am. We had a bit of a bug issue that we brought to their attention that we hoped they took care of before it was rented to the next guest. Even with that episode, we will definitely be back again to stay at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club!

Nice location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is on ground level which is nice but you can't see the ocean because you are so low. Looking at the back of a sand dune from the patio. But you are also out of the wind so that is good. Unit is dated, the carpet in the living room needs replaced..everywhere else is tile. Killed 6 roaches but they were small ones and very friendly. Door on the refrigerator is backwards so you have to step around it to get into it. That works as long as you are not to wide! Parking lot was under construction, but it appeared that was going on everywhere since it was the slow season. Owner could spend a couple weeks of the rent on this place and make it really nice. Front desk folks were nice and helpful.

Julian was by far the best beach assistant I have experienced in my 10+ yrs coming to Holiday Surf. I was disappointed with rm 103. We stayed there 10 years ago for our honeymoon and decided to stay there again for our 10 year anniversary. We experienced roaches in the unit especially in the bathroom. They were still there even after the routine spray on 9/14. We will see you next year but in a different unit.
