Recently renovated in May 2023 with a NEW LUXURY kitchen and bathroom! All new flooring, doors and paint freshen up this stunning beach getaway! The location of this condo is perfect for listening to the waves and watching dolphins, all while sitting out on the beautiful, covered balcony. You can even experience these breathtaking gulf views while preparing dinner or just relaxing on the couch watching your favorite shows. Step out the front entrance and walk down only 1 flight of stairs to get to your car, outdoor grills or the short path to the pool or the beach!

This 1-bedroom beachside beauty offers two comfy queen beds in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room…perfect for a couple, small family, or a girl’s weekend getaway. The bedroom and living room both have Smart TVs as well as cable and DVD players to watch your choice of free movies from the kiosk in the lobby. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal with the fresh seafood you may catch fishing right off the beach at Holiday Surf!

Don’t worry about hauling chairs and an umbrella down to the beach. This condo provides 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella (March-October). Look inside the white hall tree bench to find the perfect tools for building sandcastles or snorkeling in the surf. Enjoy a day at the pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables for snacks. Feeling sporty? Stop by the front desk and pick up a tennis racquet, pickleball paddles or shuffleboard equipment and challenge your friends and family in a friendly game. You will also find some board games, books, and puzzles to pass the time if you got a little too much sun the day before!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is centrally located to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the harbor! Don’t want to drive…Call the Water Taxi for a quick trip over to all the fun places at HarborWalk or the restaurant of your choice located on the harbor. Flying to Destin? No worries! The airport is only about 25 miles away, so you can Uber here and be on the beach in less than an hour! Great place with a beautiful beach!

Loved this place! Stayed here with my daughter and felt completely safe. We loved being on the beach and the views from our living room. The place was clean and well-supplied. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Will definitely be back!

WONDERFUL!!!!!

Family of 4 vacation

Upon arrival the unit was pristine! The check in/check out process was easy and the desk staff was friendly and helpful. We have never seen such a beautiful beach before. Beach service was essential to get a break from the heat and just what we needed. It was such a wonderful stay, we didn't want to leave!

Great Week in a Great Place

Condo was great. Disappointed in the construction going on had we known may not of stayed there

Loved the view but elevators where closed due to construction. Exercise room closed for over a week due to construction. I work mornings remotely and construction noise bothered me. Went twice without water all day due to construction. Disappointed in all the construction and how it was handled Laundry was poor. Half the washers and most the dryers were out of order on 4th floor. Other than that people very nice and condo was very clean and loved decor

Felt homey and inviting

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This place is located perfectly right above the pool and steps away from the beautiful beach. Came fully equipped for my stay absolutely wonderful place to stay. We definitely will be back!!

Tranquil Beach Condo

The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, beach accessories, boogie boards, snorkel gear, sand castle buckets, etc... There were 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 packets dishwasher detergent, bottle of dish washing soap, 1 roll paper towels, 2 clean kitchen towels/wash cloths. 4 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels. Hair dryer, ironing board, measuring cups, can opener, etc ... Fitness center is nice. We are avid gym goers. Laundry room on one of the floors. They had some floats you could use under the bridge at the dunes. First come first serve.

Nice and clean!

Condo was clean and beach access with chairs was very convenient. Beach was beautiful! Not super close to restaurants but inexpensive Uber. A few great restaurants were easy walking distance.
