Located on the Left Bank of the Seine river in the heart of Paris, this property is in the ideal central location for exploring the cultural riches the French capital has to offer. The building does not have an elevator.
Beautifully designed on the 2nd floor of a haussmanian building, this apartment faces the famous “Champ de Mars” gardens, one of the symbols of the 7th arrondissement.
With a large surface of 108 square meters & 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 persons comfortably.
The entrance hall serves the master bathroom first on your right. Spacious & extremely modern, it features a large Italian shower and a beautiful bathtub.
Plenty of drawers are available under the sink, which means plenty of storage for your belongings.
When continuing through the entrance hall, you will find the SEPARATE and ONLY toilet on your right and a laundry room right next door to it with a washer & dryer available.
Moving on will lead you to the bright living room welcoming plenty of light thanks to its large windows overlooking the “Avenue de la Bourdonnais”.
A dining area is available with, on your left, a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal with your family.
On the right is the sitting area with a grey couch facing a large flat screen TV and a comfortable blue leather armchair.
The floor is covered with antique typical French wood parquet which gives the rooms a traditional appearance as opposed to the contemporary style chosen for the kitchen and bathrooms.
The ultramodern kitchen is a mix of surfaces including white lacquer units, stainless steel and marble benches. Its entire look is neat and very impressive.
Not only does it offer a lot of storage, but it also has the full equipment a cuisine chef would need.
A kitchen table has also been thought for grabbing a quick breakfast before a long day of sightseeing.
If we get back to the entrance hall and take left, we will enter the sleeping area where the 3 bedrooms are situated.
The master bedroom is the first one on your right. It preserves the wooden charm with its tree trunk designed bedside tables and its wooden bed slat.
This bedroom also has its own television hanged on the wall facing the bed.
Continuing down the hallway will lead you to the second bedroom much more modern with a black and white wallpaper style.
Finally, the third bedroom was designed for younger minds with a fruit colorful style but will accommodate a couple comfortably.
Right next to the third bedroom is the second bathroom with a sink and a modern shower.
All bedrooms have a French queen bed (160 cm wide). They all overlook the courtyard which keeps them away from the main Avenue where the building entrance is situated.
