Very nice luxury house located directly on the sandy beach, sun all day and evening sun directly over the water. Own boat dock and beach. 3 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice water and ice maker, micro, kettle, kettle, toaster, etc.
Underfloor heating throughout the house. Guest toilet, bathroom with jacuzzi and sauna. Washer and dryer. A pool that is 7 * 3m, heated from June to August.
2 TVs with Swedish and German channels, large living room with cozy sofas. Heated outdoor room for summer evenings, large barbecue .Many balconies with plenty of sunshine throughout the day.
The house is insect-protected for itself. Ideal for fishing trips or lake trips to many islands.
There are various boats for rent on a weekly basis.

Bolmer See

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, sehr gepflegtes Objekt und wunderschönes Haus mit direkten Zugang zum See und Bootssteg. Es ist sehr ruhig und naturbelassen. Auf jedenfall zu empfehlen.

Toll ausgestattetes Haus in herrlicher Lage

Wir haben eine Woche lang bei herbstlichen Wetter die Seele baumeln lassen können. Das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, durch die Fußbodenheizung angenehm warm und mit Sauna, Whirlpool und gemütlichen Sofas mit tollen Blick über einen kleinen Teil des Bolmen perfekt für gemütliche Herbstnachmittage. Mit dem Boot, das man dazu mieten kann, konnten die Jungs prima zum Angeln rausfahren. Trotzdem erreicht man gut viele verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderwege und Nationalparks in der Umgebung. Absolut zu empfehlen! Kleiner Wermutstropfen: 250€ für die Endreinigung sind ganz schön knackig bei einer Woche Urlaub.

Urlaub in Schweden 2023

Unser Aufenthalt war bislang sehr gut - sodass wir noch verlängert haben. Das Wetter hat uns bisher nicht enttäuscht. Diese Ruhe ist einfach perfekt zum entspannen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Erholung pur !

Prachtig huis op een mooie locatie

Een heerlijke week in Mei verbleven in dit, mooi gesitueerde, vakantieverblijf. Direct aan het meer met een eigen aanlegsteiger. We hebben daarbij ook nog een goede boot gehuurd van de eigenaar. Grote supermarkten zijn te vinden in Ljungby.

Tolles Haus mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergang

Wir haben mit unserer Familie und Freunden im Haus von Georg Urlaub gemacht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Georg ist ein top Vermieter der uns einen sehr guten Service geboten hat und für uns immer erreichbar war. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Direkten Seezugang mit eigenem Steg. Einen beheizten Pool ideal für die Kinder und einen Bootsanleger. Die Slipanlage im Hafen ist ebenfalls super. Einzig der Zander wollte nicht so richtig. . Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und werden wieder kommen!

Härlig läge i fint hus

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vecka i huset vid sjön Bolmen. Bra fiske med båten som vi hyrde av Georg. 2gösar, 5gäddor och många abborrar blev fångsten denna vecka. Jätteskönt att bada i poolen och basta. I stugan fanns allt man behöver och gott om plats. Välstädat och mysigt. Litet hamnkafé precis bredvid med hembakt fika.

Traumhaft

Alles war Perfekt. Das Haus ein Traum, es hat an nix gefehlt.Alles was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht stand zur Verfügung. Wir konnten die Ruhe genießen. Schweden ist wirklich eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Man hat in ca.10min Entfernung alles mögliche an Einkaufsläden, Tankstellen usw. Georg war immer für uns erreichbar auch schon vor der Reise wirklich toll. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder...

Fantastisk hus

Et fedt hus med alt mulig udstyr. Ud over det der var i beskrivelsen var der også bl.a en lækker Bluetooth højtaler og padlebord. Udlejeren var personligt forbi for at tjekke op på om alt var ok. Virkelig god service

Wunderschön

Die Location ist der Hammer, an der Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Der Pool ist toll für (kleinere) Kinder aber das Baden im See ist durch nichts zu schlagen. Nettes kleines Café direkt nebenan. Alles top!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt am Bolmen

Anreise war problemlos. Kontakt zum Vermieter ebenfalls und sehr freundlich + hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Lage des Hauses direkt am kleinen Strand und Steg. Tolle Aussicht. Daneben der kleine Hafen, trotzdem ruhig. Ausstattung war super: Boot, Pool, Sauna, Whirlwanne, Klima und SUP - was will man mehr. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen.

Direkte und nette Kommunikation

Alles war super an unserer Unterkunft! Die Kommunikation mit Georg war hervorragend und unkompliziert über Whatsapp möglich. Die auszuleihenden Boote waren super und Georg hat uns ein tolles Angebot gemacht. Das Haus ist mit allem Eingerichtet was man sich so vorstellen kann...jedoch nicht typisch Schwedisch. Doch genau das, was wir für unseren Urlaub mit 6 Männern gesucht haben.

Incredible Beachfront Home

Staying at this wonderful home and experiencing its many delights, inside and out, was beyond what we could have expected and wished for. Arriving was easy and uncomplicated. Entering through the front leads into a gorgeous spaciousness with the most stunning views of Lake Bolmen. The fully equipped kitchen made creating meals a breeze. Amazing king size beds ensured restful sleepy nights. The main bathroom replaces any need for a spa visit. The handy laundry & cleaning room even made wash days fun. And throughout, there is heaps of storage space in this very clean and tastefully furnished home. For adventure there is the option of exploring lake Bolmen, using either the motor boat, or the more gentle row boat with outboard motor, or taking a wonderful hike which adds an extra level of activity and enjoyment. For the quiet and relaxing moments inside, simply be entertained by watching one of your favourite shows over one of two the 65" Smart-TVs on the comfy enveloping sofas. Last but not least Georg is an amazing, kind, helpful, and wonderfully friendly host; rapidly resolving any our needs and questions. Simply eat, lounge, lay back and relax, and follow the sun until it spectacularly sets! . We are eagerly looking forward to our return and can highly recommend this wonderful home. Winston & Chris

Traum Wochenende !

Tolle Lage und tolles Haus
