Inspiration and relaxation await you, at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club on the beautiful Emerald Coast of Destin, Florida. Unit 404 is a completely remodeled, fourth floor beachfront vacation condo with detail and sophistication to exceed all your expectations.

This beach retreat is two bedroom and two bathroom with incredible Gulf views from within and from the overlooking balcony.
Sleeping up to eight guests, unit 404 features a King size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The condo décor has been completely renovated with ocean and beach inspirations: There is tile flooring throughout, all granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and dining for eight, not to mention the spectacular views!

Additional amenities include a dry bar with beverage/wine fridge, 65'' flat screen TV in the living room with DVD/Blue-Ray and hook up for gaming platform. The Master bedroom features a 45" flat screen TV and the guest room, a TV with DVD.
The en-suite Master bath is detailed to perfection with vessel sink and walk in shower. The guest bath also includes a bath/shower combination and vessel sink.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas are designed for comfort and relaxation. We welcome you to share in the experience of gulf front views, white sandy beaches, spectacular sun rise and sunsets... and every now and then, the grace of dolphins gliding through the ocean waves... PARADISE awaits.

The beach set up was great, very safe and family friendly. Get down to claim your chairs early in the morning. The negatives: The pool was closed one day, so that was a bummer, and the beds in our unit were very worn/not comfortable.

we were there last week with friends for all our anniversaries. Perfectly located on the beach with great views from the condo. Staff was very friendly. Could have used a more thorough cleaning in condo. Has a wine bar but the fridge never got very cold. Overall I'd choose this resort again.

Simply Incredible!

Everything about this place was amazing! It was clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen has everything, the beds were SO comfortable, the deck was perfect. The beach was beautiful and the chairs were arranged to accommodate COVID. I could go on and on. Best condo ever!! Also, whatever questions I had ahead of time were answered quickly and clearly. The tennis courts are in great condition too!

Beautiful, welll-equipped unit

Reviewer Comments: This is a beautifully furnished, very comfortable condominium that was probably more well-equipped than most we’ve stayed at on the gulf coast. Our view was gorgeous from our balcony and the furnished umbrella and chairs on the beach. Staff was friendly and efficient. We were close to lots of restaurants on the beach and nearby shopping. It was our second time at HDRV and we definitely plan to return.

UNSAFE BEACH RAMP

Reviewer Comments: The rooms were fine, however after staying here more than 6 visits in the past, I was really excited over your newly constructed ramp onto the beach. This was my sole deciding factor to make a return visit. My wife is unable to walk without a walker. I made arrangements to rent a BEACH WHEEL CHAIR, however I discovered that the ramp abruptly ended with a sudden DROP OFF. There was no way you could leave the ramp safely. Scott and Russell were as helpful as could be, but that didn't seem to be there responsibility, its Holiday Surf & Racquet Clubs duty to install a SAFE RAMP, not a unsafe drop off. I will book again buy only after I am assured this has been resolved. My wife never did get down to the BEACH!!!!!!!!!!!

Condo 404

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I got to the room there were candy wrappers on the floor, dried cereal stuck to the couch that I had to scrape off and peeling paint flakes in the floor. The sliding door would not lock. All the outlets did not work and one of the outlets in the 2nd bedroom would come out of the wall if you tried to use it. The couch has threadbear patches and was dirty. The pans in the kitchen were flaking so badly that we bought cookware to use while we were there. I have stayed in these condos for years and would stay on premises again but will not stay at 404 again until it is updated.

Snowbird rentals HSRC

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to HSRC for 9 years and for the most part we love it...white sand, beautiful beach,etc. This year was upsetting to say the least. We arrived to no pool ,some units had no heat, some have no land line phones. Most distressing were the rats that were found in many units and the early exit date for 2019.(March 2, 2019)..Saying this we will come back next year, mainly because of all the snowbird friends we have there. The unit we stay in (404) has a new owner and we are looking forward to updates they may make to the unit, but hope that they leave all the great storage cupboards..LOOKING FORWARD TO A BETTER YEAR IN 2019
