The house has a private garden with barbecue, a loggia equipped with a table for lunches and summer dinners and a lounge where you can enjoy aperitifs in relax. Inside the house there is a kitchen and a room with a double sofa bed on the ground floor and a bathroom and a double bedroom on the first floor. The nearest beach is a campus that can be reached easily on foot in just 8 minutes.
