New wonderful apartment with balcony, just 50 meter from Gran Canal

New and wonderful apartment, which is located in San Marcuola, just 50 meters from the Grand Canal and the vaporetto stops.
Completely renovated, it hasa large living room / fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microvawe oven and toaster.
There is a double room with a small balcony with a beautiful view of Venice; a second bedroom, and a bathroom with a large shower.
From the living room you can access the terrace with table and chairs where you can relax and have a drink after visiting Venice.
Air conditioning in all rooms and wi-fi.
It is 2 minutes from the Lista di Spagna, the main road street full of shops, bars, restaurants.
Ca 'D'Oro is just 500 meters; the Rialto bridge you can walk in 15 minutes.

Superzentral und leise mit Vaporettostation in 100m aber optimal war es leider nicht

Kleine Bemerkungen für mögliche Verbesserungen: Sauberkeit, speziell im Bad (Viele Mückenkadaver an den Wänden, Pllzbefall und Schmutz im Bereich der Dusche) Der Lüfter im fensterlosen Bad war defekt Eine Fensterdichtung hing raus und klemmte im Verschluss Ausstattung der Küche unvollständig. Wir haben Schalen für unser Müsli vermisst

Venedig für uns

Wir haben Venedig mit relativ wenig Menschen sehr schön genießen dürfen. Die Wohnung hoch über Venedig (63 Stufen) lag zentral und hat uns alle Möglichkeiten eröffnet, diese tolle Stadt zu erkunden. Jederzeit würden wir dort wieder gerne wohnen

Gute Lage nah zu Vaporetto ruhig Küchenausstattung ausreichend

Sehr sympathisches, schön gelegenes Domizil

Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Sestiere Canareggio, 2 Minuten vom Anleger des vaparetto entfernt und fußläufig zu netten Lokalen, Geschäften, dem schönen canale Canareggio und dem jüdischen Viertel. Eine lebendige Umgebung, in der es natürlich auch andere Touristen gibt, die aber nicht überfüllt ist und originär wirkt. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön gelegen, in einem grünen Innenhof. Der Blick auf die Kirche vorn und die Dächer Venedigs hinten ist weit, man muss für die Treppen nur gut zu Fuß sein. Dafür ist das Appartement hell. Der Balkon fordert nicht wirklich dazu heraus, dass man dort gerne sitzt, in der Küche bei offenem Fenster waren die Abende nach Stunden des Laufens draußen aber auch genießbar. Das TV funktionierte nicht, wir haben es aber auch nicht gebraucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind so, dass man sich gegenseitig nicht hört, was sehr angenehm ist. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Woche, in der wir immer wieder auch gern "nach Hause" gekommen sind.

Perfekte Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Gute Kommunikation, pünktliches und freundliches Einchecken. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel, gut aus gestattet und in perfekter Lage . Vavoretto direkt vor der Tür. Gute und variable Klimatisierung. Ein besonderes Plus verdient die Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick über die Dächer von Venedig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Très bon séjour avec un beau soleil en plus, de bonnes balades et des visites bien agréables

Très bonne situation géographique, très proche de l’arret San marcuola, et proche des rues commerçantes, logement conforme aux photos, et fonctionnel, 64 marches à monter ce qui est un très bon sport. Petite terrasse bien sympathique ou l’on a petit déjeuné tous les jours. À relouer sans hésiter

Ein schönes und angenehmes Quartier, gut geeignet für alle Ausflüge in Venedig.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung nahe der Vaporetto-Station San Marcuola sehr wohl gefüllt. Die Wohnung liegt angenehm ruhig und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt im Obergeschoss in einem alten, etwas zurückgesetzten Haus, mit Blick in einen Garten und über die Dächer der Stadt. Auch die kleine Terrasse trägt zur Erholung bei. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Café und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Lediglich bei der Ausstattung mit Hausrat gibt es Verbesserungsvorschläge: So sollte es mehr große Kaffeetassen geben und auch ein Brotmesser wäre sinnvoll. Giorgia Bertoldi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Wir werden gern einmal wiederkommen. Bernd und Angelika aus Berlin

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage im Stadtteil Cannareggio ist perfekt um sich vom Touristentrubel etwas zurück ziehen zu können. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit Giorgia hat sehr gut geklappt und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder hier her.
