La pire location depuis 20 ans !
Nous avons été harcelé pendant nos 4 derniers jours (sur 9) par le propriétaire parce que la clé du local à ski est restée coincée ds sa serrure et qu'il a fallu faire intervenir un serrurier. Il a exigé que l'on paye cette intervention (200) et nous a harcelé jusqu'après notre séjour alors que nous étions à l'hôpital pour ma belle mère.Même si l'appart est correct (mais d'une propreté à améliorer), je vous le déconseille fortement car si vous êtes la victime d'un aléa couteux vous tomberez sous le courroux d'un propriétaire borné et obsessionnel....séjour inoubliable garanti :-(

Appartement refait à neuf et tout équipé. Très bien placé avec accès direct aux pistes et à l’Esf commerces. parfait pour 4 personnes. 2 adultes et 2 ados. La chambre séparée est un vrai plus. Propriétaire très réactif aux demandes d’informations.

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec mamie soit 5 personnes. Tout s'est très bien déroulé. La communication avec la propriétaire et la conciergerie ont été très facile . La propriétaite a été très sympa et arrangeante pour les horaires. Bref parfait pour notre séjour aux Arcs. Merci !

Globalement bien équipé. Gros bémol concernant le lit de la chambre à coucher qui est de mauvaise qualité, ainsi que l'emplacement de l'appartement en face de l'ascenseur et à côté du vide ordures, cela génère bcp de bruit)

Appartement fonctionnel malgré quelques bémols
L'appartement est proche des pistes. Il est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Néanmoins, le matelas de la chambre était de mauvaise qualité et une partie de la vaisselle n'était pas propre. Il faudrait penser à changer le plateau du micro-ondes qui n'était pas adapté à ce dernier ; Le sèche linge était cassé. De plus, pour 100 euros de frais menagers ce n'était pas à la hauteur de la prestation.

Fonctionnel, propre et très bien placé.
L’appartement est lumineux, propre, bien équipé. Il n’est pas très grand (notamment la salle de bain) mais il est fonctionnel. Le grand plus est la machine à laver le linge qui réduit considérablement la quantité de linge prise cette année. Il est placé juste aux pieds de la garderie et du jardin d’enfants (idéal avec des tous petits), ski au pied (idéal pour les skieurs). L’arrivée s’est faite sans encombre, tout était clair pour récupérer les clés, comme pour les rendre.

Chouette mais on a eu froid....
Bel appartement avec balcon (exposé Nord) très bien situé par rapport aux pistes et aux commerces. Chauffage en panne à notre arrivée (-15C la nuit) et nettoyage non fait. Un seul des deux chauffages a été remplacé après deux jours mais le nettoyage a été réalisé après réclamation dès le lendemain. Espérons un geste du proprio....

Confortable et bien placé
L'appartement est très confortable et bien équipé. La rénovation récente est appréciable. De plus l'appartement est bien situé : proche des commerces du Charvet et avec accès direct aux cours ESG pour les enfants. Nous étions 2 adultes avec notre fille de 5 ans et l'appartement était bien suffisamment spacieux pour nous. Nous reviendrons sans doute lors d'un prochain séjour!
