Create childhood memories, celebrate life with a loved one, or relax and unwind in this beautiful, owner managed 1144 sq ft condo. With a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, convenient private parking and breath taking views of the beach, you'll slip into vacation mode almost immediately. From the fully furnished kitchen to the comfortably appointed family room and bedrooms, the owners have taken care of all the extras, so all you need to do is enjoy yourself. With 2 Olympic sized pools (one of which is heated) on site in addition to a kiddy pool, hot tub room, snack shack, tennis courts, shuffleboard and more, there is plenty of fun to be had. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included, as well as WIFI and basic cable. From sunrise to sunset, it's the ideal way to experience Panama City Beach.

Master bedroom has one king bed, 2nd bedroom has two double beds. Two full bathrooms (en suite has walk-in shower), full kitchen, washer/dryer. Balcony, which looks out over pools and beach, has access from both the living room and master bedroom.

Wish we could have stayed longer

We enjoyed the condo very much. The only thing I could even complain about is the elevator situation. It has a very odd algorithm…. And almost impossible to get a ride during busy hours of the day… we used the stairs most of the time.

Great Stay

The property was a little dated looking from the outside, but our room had been updated and looked new. Furniture looked new and was comfortable. Kitchen was updated with ample supplies. The two Large pools were adequate for the number of people staying there this week. The elevators were a different story. The three elevators were not enough for the number of rooms at this location. This was a design problem that could have been caught at construction. Besides the limited elevator capacity, everything else was great. The unit, views, beach, pools, and the added feature of a poolside snack/bar was a bonus over many of the competing condos along the gulf. Overall, great stay.

4th july vacation

Condo itself was extremely nice, pools and beach area was great so was bikini bobs for food and drinks on site. Cleaning lady was super nice and super helpful however the parking and elevator situation was horrible to say the very least. The balcony was extremely small but was furnished nicely. Def enjoyed our stay.

Best of the best

Location was absolutely amazing!! Traffic wasn't bad at all on our side of town, and you are within minutes of anything you want to do! The Condo was amazing and well equipped with everything you need. Bed were super comfy. You feel at home as soon as you walk in! Elevators were a bit of a hassle, but stairs are good exercise. Oh, I can't forget.... THAT VIEW IS AMAZING!!!! We will be back soon!!!

July 2021 Family Vacation

We stayed at this property for our 2021 family vacation. Our family had three condos total. One was much nicer and more updated, this one was the middle man, not completely up to date, but worked well and was clean. The third one was the same. The property itself was good and clean and we felt safe. We loved that Bikini Bobs was downstairs. The only complaint I have is the check in. I was told to text the cleaning lady with our ETA. I did and let her know that we would be there around 1. She let me know that the room could probably be done by then. Upon arrival she said it would be 2:30. So we just went down and sat by the pool. At 2:30 she said it would be around 3:30. Check in was at 4 so there was still nothing wrong here. At 3:50 I texted her and she said she still needed a few minutes. At 4, I walked to the room and put our door code in and much to my surprise there was a tatted up, very skinny, post Malone, looking male shockingly staring at me.. I panicked because I thought I had the wrong room. Another male in the hallway told me the room wasn’t done yet. I am not a “judgy” person. But I was uncomfortable around the two males. They still didn’t have our sheets cleaned, beds made, towels folded, and there was a mop bucket in the middle of the floor. The one male was extremely confused on what to do with the water from the bucket…. We just told the guys to leave and we would finish cleaning. This isn’t the owners fault per sey. But the cleaning lady texted me after and asked me if she should pay the people or not since they didn’t finish the room. The owner hires someone to clean. Who then got busy and hired someone else. Who then sent her boyfriend and his friend to go clean. The room was still a mess but I think it was a one time thing. Other than that experience, the whole stay was nice after we finished cleaning. I recommend a new cleaning lady :)

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here and loved it. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook daily. We loved that the room was right beside the main elevator. The view was spectacular!

Great Unit - Great Property

The unit is quite spacious. The kitchen is very spacious and is updated. Nice bedrooms and living room. Owner/manager was great to work with and helped us out when our schedule got thrown off at the last minute. Can't say enough about how helpful she was.

Amazing, once again!

This is the second year we have rented through Devonne. Last year, we stayed in her 12th floor unit which was amazing, and this year we stayed in her 6th floor unit; also amazing! Communication with her was always very thorough and extremely fast. The unit was extremely clean; communication with Kimberly (cleaning staff) on the day f check-in was also outstanding. We have stayed at Regency for over 10 years now, and we will never rent from another owner!

My husband and I are currently living in Wisconsin! My maternal grandfather came to the US from Germany in the early 1920's. He wooed my grandmother, still in Germany, through the mail and then sponsored her to come to the US, where they wed in DeFuniak Springs, Florida in 1929. They moved to Milwaukee and started their family, though they kept their beautiful farm in Argyle (DeFuniak Springs), which was eventually passed to their oldest daughter. I spent a lot of time on that farm and on the sugar sand beaches near Seagrove when we visited our family in Florida. When we were children, the beaches were public and undeveloped. Can you imagine? Or maybe you can even remember this yourself?!
Our children are grown, married, and expecting their own children, now. We are anticipating the joy of bringing our grandchildren to the beach - the fifth generation to enjoy this beautiful area!!!!

Why they chose this property

We love this part of Florida, and still have family in the area. There is nothing like a peaceful morning run on the beach as the chairs and umbrellas are quietly being set up, followed by breakfast on the balcony watching the dolphins cruise by. When our kids were young, they loved building sand castles in the afternoon while we adults alternated between sun-bathing and playing with them in the waves. The luxury of an evening stroll along the beach as the sun sets in amazing hues of orange and pink over the emerald waters can't be fathomed until seen. And, don't forget your flashlight for night time walks where ghostly white crabs can be seen scuttling by!
