About this property

Enjoy your stay in Ghent in my renovated house!
On the ground floor you will find the living room with open kitchen (50m2).
There is a dishwasher and all dishes, glass and so on.
New gas stove and oven.

Lots of light in the house due to the glass.

Outside there is a terrace of 20 m2 to smoke, enjoy the sun or have a barbecue.
And for the boys: an urinal ☺.

On the first floor: bathroom with bath / shower combination and toilet.
Incl. Washing machine and an iron.
Next to it, still on first floor: sleeping room with two single beds, easy to transform to a double bed if wanted.

On the second floor there is another renovated spacious room with 2 more or less seperate rooms.
There is a double bed on the first half and two single beds on the other half.

Casa bastante sucia

La casa tenía mucha suciedad, los armarios llenos de ropa, la nevera y muebles de cocina llena de comida del propietario y nos dejó basura sin tirar en la cocina. Yo que soy de España y acostumbrado a la limpieza y presencia de los apartamentos y casas de España, no lo recomiendo.

Wims place

Met Wim upon arrival at his house , he very kindly offered us all a beer and we chatted before Wim leaving the house for us to crack on with our weekend, Once settled and ready to go out ,upon Wims recommendation we visited the local bar , very nice it was too lovely to see all the locals enjoying it too a real community place .. Wim was also in the bar and we returned the favour and bought him a beer .. Cracking house for visiting gent would highly recommend. Cracking host too.

Clean House near Bus Stop in Ghent

We arrived late and checked about early so we never had the chance to meet Wim. There was a lock box so we could easily access the keys to the house. House was fully equipped. No floor coverings on the second and third floor. Linens and towels were provided. Bedrooms located on second and third floor via steep and narrow staircases. Location was ideal for exploring Ghent using public transit.

Empfehlenswert

Der Besitzer ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sein Haus ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Außerdem ist es sehr sauber. Die oberen Räume sind etwas zu kalt und die Treppen sehr steil. Liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum.

We hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad in de woning van Wim. Heel aardige ontvangst. Super dat er van alles in huis en koelkast aanwezig was! Een aanrader!

Gemütliches und bequemes haus für 6 personen

Ein gemütliches Haus, komplett ausgestattet. Sehr günstig im Zentrum gelegen. (Bushaltestelle in der Nähe). Ruhige Straße. Sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. In der Nähe von Geschäften.

Superbe maison rénovée par un super gars

Wim nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise. Merci beaucoup!! La maison n'est pas très loin du centre historique. Il faudra compter 30 minutes à pied. Un quinzaine en bus. Il y a en tout trois chambres. Seul bémol, les deux chambres à l'étage ne sont en réalité qu'une seule pièce. Les lits sont séparés par une armoire au centre de la pièce n'offrant que peu d'intimité. La maison est très bien équipée sinon. Frigo, linges, café sans oublier la petite terrasse très prisée des fumeurs :)
